Tim surveyed our home plot. It took months, but to be fair, he told us that he was backlogged, and it was an exceptionally difficult job: missing pins (on adjacent properties as well as ours), missing records, vague town lines. Eventually we sat down with Tim and our neighbors and agreed on where to (literally) draw the line, a discussion that Tim moderated with knowledge and equity. He then put the plat through the county offices to be recorded and delivered the final documents to us and our neighbors. And then we were able to move forward with home renovations with confidence. Lockard Surveying will get the job done, and I recommend their services on a regular basis.
