Ken took the time to listen, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I never felt pressured, just supported in finding the right car for me. A major repair was necessary for our out of warranty car. This was unexpected and untimely. Casey was our Service Dept. representative. She was very professional, polite and explained the issues well. It took over a week to have all the repairs made and Casey kept us informed throughout the process. This dealership was by far the best choice I could have made. I had owned the same car for many years, so upgrading was a big step for me. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by another Matt, who was equally friendly and helpful. He introduced me to Leigh, who turned out to be the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. She created a relaxed and comfortable environment while making sure I was fully informed about the car. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach made the experience outstanding—I would recommend her to anyone. To top it off, Josiah in financing was just as friendly and easy to work with. Throughout the entire process, this dealership made sure I had all the information I needed and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. I took our Ridgeline to a dealership in Muncy , Pa. I was told it was not warranty and the cost would be about $4000 to fix . I explained to them that it had an 8 year warranty on the Transmission, to which they told me I was sadly misinformed. I then decided to try Bobby Rahal in State College . Casey was incredible she got the truck in the next day . They diagnosed the problem and assured me it was in fact a warranty issue . Casey kept me in the loop during the whole process. 5 days later my car was repaired and given back to me. Casey Fleagle you and your team are the best. I’ve taken my 2006 Honda Accord to these guys for a year or so. For routine things, they are expensive but get the job done, so I’ve stuck with them. However, I no longer have trust in their service department and I’ll be taking my car elsewhere. Recently, I started hearing a squeaking noise when turning. I’ve now brought the car in three times. After taking video/audio to them on my own because the first technician didn’t hear anything wrong, I was told it’s brake issues, a control arm needing replacement, parts needing lubrication, etc. I’ve now spent over $1000 on their recommended solutions (and to be fair they gave me a $100 discount for missing the issue the first time). However, two days after my last service visit, the exact same problem that I started with is occurring all over again. I understand that complex issues take time and effort to fix, I understand that my car is a bit older, and I also have no doubt the problems they identified were real… but I’d expect a Honda dealership of all places to be able to find and fix the underlying problem without requiring four visits. It does not give me faith in their abilities.

Excellent service. But what I really appreciate is they don’t try to upsell, unlike other local dealerships: Like go in for an oil change and they tell you that you need a new transmission. I’ll keep going back to Rahal just for this reason!

Horrible place to go with your vehicle. My son went for oil change and Transmission fluid after couple days, I have a diagnostic from Bobby Rahal, I have to replace Transmission. After a month long story short, I paid $6,483.46 for service " DONE" same day I went back to HONDA job wasn't done properly. My experience is dissatisfied, I feel worst customer service and discrimination for being from Dominican 🇩🇴 Republic. I don't recommend this dealer... Horrible

Its been a LONG time since I have had an enjoyable car buying experience, but the staff at Bobby Rahal’s accomplished just that! Salesman Evan was very knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure. He even walked me through all the technology and saved me a day of reading! Evan and the Pre-Owned Manager John were able to work me a deal on a used certified Honda Passport they just got and they even gave me a loaner car while they fixed an AC unit! The AC is frigid now, and the Passport has brand new tires, is inspected until next year and I feel I am in a safe reliable vehicle. I was able to return the loaner on the weekend to Christine who was just so friendly! Finance Manager Josiah even showed me how to save a little money using biweekly payments! Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. I am very happy with my first Honda and I will DEFINITELY be back!

I have purchased cars and had them serviced at Rahal Honda for years. Most recently there was a small issue with a new used car that I had purchased. Due to the nature of the repair, Rahal's GM Matt personally coordinated the repair. When I picked up my vehicle, my service advisor Casey had arranged to have my vehicle cleaned. I really can't say enough about these folks. They have done a very good job at hiring the right people. Everyone I deal with is professional, and kind.

It was a very smooth process overall right from Day 1. This is a great place with friendly staff. They are very transparent about the vehicle records and very polite and friendly with the customers. John Marsden is an excellent sales consultant who patiently spent answering all my queries as well as email and clarified everything excellently. He was even ready to come and work on his day off so that it could help me with the purchase. He is a very dedicated employee!

I bought my car from Bobby Rahal three years ago and have had nothing but great experiences. The service team goes above and beyond every single time I have to get the car inspected or serviced. I had an emergency with my transmission this morning and Alex and Shannon were both fantastic despite my frustration with the situation. I have worked with Alex almost every time I have gone there and he has always been accommodating and kind. The customer service is outstanding, the staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Honda from bobby Rahal of State College. The sales team, including John Marsden, did a wonderful job. Normally, the finance part is too long and where you are upsold on stuff, you may not want. At Rahal's, the finance process was quick, easy, and super convenient with a large, desk size touch screen, walking you through step by step. It only took about twenty minutes to complete everything. Our sales person, John, had our CR-V sitting in the showroom, waiting for the deal to complete. We had a very positive, fun buying experience.

We bought a new CRV on may15 and love it. The dealership did an excellent job expediting our information gathering stage and then negotiating when we had a price from another dealer. Besides the excellent price they gave us, the reason we bought from them was the dealership and how we were treated. There were no games in the shopping visit. They were upfront with all information. They understood we did not want to spend hours with them but rather wanted to cut to the chase and get what we needed. We had already decided on the car make and model so did not do a test drive and they were fine with that. They were responsive by email and phone. On our first visit the salesperson we were confirmed to meet with was called away unexpectedly and they had other people ready and waiting...they sent their A team as back up and we appreciated that! We live an hour from the dealership so appointments were important and needed to be kept on our schedule. We only buy cars every 10-12 years but we will go back to Rahal in State college next time and encourage friends and family to go there too. Great experience.

Bought my First Honda, A 2017 Civic SI Sedan from here at end of June. They are great to deal with for Car Sales. No Hard Sell. Test Drive followed by "Go home and have a think and let me know" Awesome. 3 weeks after they sold me the car it was hit and now they are going above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out, recommended a Collision repair shop and helping with everything else i need. These guy's are awesome. Will probably never buy from another dealer again.
