I highly recommend this body shop. I was broad sided & so bummed because my car was new. They did an EXCELLENT job fixing my car. You would never know that I had damage to my car. Steve was so easy to reach with questions & he communicated with me better than the insurance company. Even though I didn't have to pay anything his rates seemed very reasonable. They did excellent work on some horrible rust above my windshield on my 2006 Saab 9-3. Went from leaking to bone-dry and looks like new. They do quality work here at a good price.
They've got a good guy to help with windshields too. Managed to get mine out without breaking it and back in all perfectly. Always a gamble with the windshield but it increases success rate a lot since they know their stuff to guide the process.

Was involved in a hit and run - had minor damage to my car but it was new and I wanted it fixed. My brother-in-law suggested JR Burkholder Body Shop. I owe my brother-in-law. J.R. Burkholder Body shop did superior work at a very fair price. Even small scratches can be expensive. I thought their estimate/final cost was very reasonable. The car looks like the day I brought it home. Hopefully no more accidents - but if so JR Burkholder is my number 1 choice. I would recommend them to everyone.

Took my bumper cover to be painted. The reviews were so good. It took 5 weeks instead of 1. Didn't color match it and had dirt throughout the paint. The employee/painter offered to buff it but the owner shouted "no"! He said "it ain't getting buffed unless the whole car is here"! Wow, what an absolute jerk
. Clearly the employee cared more than the owner. Never again. It makes me suspicious how real these other reviews are.
About a month ago I had an accident where I hit a deer with my car coming home from work. Luckily the damage was to my front wheel bumper. My friends recommended Burkholders. Steve the owner was very friendly and helpful. As well as the insurance adjuster. Steve and his team got my car done in a timely matter and the part matches my car beautifully. This is THE place for body shop attention to your car. May have to wait a few days (occsionally) for your car to be worked on--depending on time of year, usually--but their work and honesty are the BEST! Reasonable rates. Very friendly and helpful folks here.
Really great experience with Steve. I had a wreck with liability insurance and Steve noticed the pickup truck had high-mileage and shopped for generic parts. He was there to serve the customer and didn't try to take advantage of me. He admitted that fixing it would cost more than the truck was worth so I decided against fixing it. He had some labor involved in getting the quote and didn't charge me a dime. Great customer service!
This shop is great! They were able to fully repair the damage to my vehicle at almost half the price of every other estimate I got. They saved the fender that nobody else could, and their paint matching is superb. Steve and his crew are a pleasure to talk to and do fantastic work for a good price. My car had been in a collision and had significant body damage, and this shop returned it to me looking and driving like new. The paint is one of those odd colors that looks one color from one angle and completely different from another, but Burkholders matched it exactly! You can't tell part of the car was just repainted. Steve was friendly and professional, helping me with getting a rental car and keeping me updated on the progress of the repair.
