Randy and Rhonda are the best. Accommodating, thoughtful, honest. They aren’t going to swindle you for what you don’t need so I trust them when they tell me what I need done. Also they’re dog people - huge plus.
We traveled 9 hours from Montreal to Lancaster, PA with my family (including my 2 babies) and ran into car trouble. Every garage we called was either full or couldn’t fit us in. Randy was the only one who made a spot for us, took the time, and understood how stressful the situation was. He was kind, patient, and got us taken care of right away. Truly a lifesaver! The folks at Paradise Automotive Repair are courteous and professional. They are honest and don't try to tell you that your car needs this or that when it doesn't. They are the only Garage that I will let do anything to my vehicle.
Took freshly painted rims to get mounted and balanced and when I got them back the brand new paint was destroyed. Scratches and chips all over both rims.

I recently was gifted a Taurus X last year and since all the maintenance was done here, i just stuck w them. Had an oil change. Then, i had a strut blown, so just had it there last week for new struts and alignment. And had State inspection done. Car runs so smooth. Better than the day i got it. They are great! Will definitely stick w them for years to come.

We were in the Lancaster, PA with our Airstream, staying at Floyd's Cottagesand RV when the AC on our Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 diesel stopped blowing. We saw a small sign in front of a home in Paradise that said "Air Conditioner Repairs", behind the home was a NAPA Auto Repair shop. We found the house when our AC quit and asked if they could help us.
They said certainly, and they would have a technician get right on it. I inquired about Uber or a car rental, since we had a tour of some Amish homes arranged for the next day. The manager let us use one of their loaner SUVs, saying "return it when you are finished". They never asked for my driver's license, proof of insurance, or any ID. The work was done as promised, for less than the estimate. They were extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous. I would definitely use them again and recommend Paradise Automotive Repair to anyone in the area with auto repair issues!
