When our car broke down on 81S, they came and got the car, took it to the shop and repaired it ASAP. The price was extremely reasonable and Paul Sr & Jr were both very nice, friendly and helpful.
My car was towed due to a mix up with my registration at the dealership. PJ and his employees were very understanding and helpful during a stressful time!
Trying to get estimates for repairs on a company vehicle. Feels like communicating with a wall, happened numerous times and always say “we will call back” and never hear anything. Poor customer service and lack of responsibility, best to go elsewhere around.
I broke down on the side of 81. The towing company was there within minutes of me calling! It took the men that responded less than ten minutes to everything that needed to be done. Will definitely recommend.
My car was involved in a hit and run. Throughout the whole process, they kept me informed about the status of my car and when the work would be completed. My car looks brand new. I would recommend these guys to anyone

Where can i start? I was stranded on the side of the road, phone died but bf my phone died i called 911 they sent me help it was Paul's he offered to help tow me and i declined because i knew help was coming, that help came and couldn't help me now stranded for real for almost 4hrs no one will stop to help me, no phone and its 17 degrees out there! Thank god i sent pics to my sister and she ended up calling the state trooper they came to do wellness check on me and i called this place bc luckily they left the card to call, he got there in literally 5 min because he was on his way to check on me on his own anyway since he did not hear from me. He was concerned.. The service was A1 he took me to enterprise waited for me, took me to a parking lot for my car to be parked safe, he had a call to go to a crash site ge had to leave, but he came back to get me to take my car to a shop, he tried to help me every way he could.. was coming up with solution that i couldn't think of just so i was safe.. thank you for all your kindness and your time i really did appreciate the help.
Towed my kids truck tried stealing the truck saying insurance didn't pay them to tow it so we couldn't get anything from the vehicle or the vehicle itself had to return with receipt showing them that they were paid when I returned nobody was around shop was wide open I could hear people in the back room but nobody out in shop area I had to stand in the alley and call from my cell phone after arguing with the owner who was not on the premises at the time told me I wasn't allowed on his property ABSOLUTE THIEVES STAY FAR AWAY place needs to be investigated shady people beware
I needed to have a car towed off the street into a tight spot in a driveway. A driver by the name of ALVARO showed up for the job. I asked if he can get the car nose first in the driveway, without hesitation this gentleman went to work. He positioned the car as needed, and brought the car up a narrow alley and proceeded to back the car in nose first. Well to my surprise....he set the car carefully into the spot with professional precision!! The car fit perfectly and the job was done right with NO DAMAGE at all. Completely professional, complete gentleman, and a completely reasonable price.I would highly recommend Paul's towing service to anyone in need. Thank you guys so much!!!
Horrible people I had my truck towed there last week When I picked it up they stolen over $400 worth of my tools. They gave me the runaround for days then finally denied ever seeing them. The owner told me to file a report. I guess this is business as usual for these guys. Karma is a #$%! And she never forgets......
Great towing service (AAA approved – that’s how we got in touch with him). We hit a deer on the way to Penn State for our son to visit as a prospective student. Our van was undrivable, so had to have it towed. Quick courteous service! Drove us to car rental place and patiently waited for us to get our stuff out of the Van and into the rental car. We still made it to Penn State for the presentation. Paul’s an Eagle Scout too :)
My roommate and I were on our way back to VA on the Sunday after CCE 2019 when we got a flat tire while on the highway. We waited a while because of AAA bouncing us around (per usual for them), but the guys at Paul’s Auto Center were super understanding and nice about it. Because the Firestone they were originally going to tow us to was closed, they brought us to their shop location (technically after hours for them). Our tire got repaired relatively quickly and smoothly with good service. Thank you guys so much for helping us out so we could make it to our classes Monday morning!
Thursday evening, my car broke down 180 miles away from home. I called AAA and they dispatched out a truck from this company. My driver was friendly and really helped me out. No complaints from this girl. I hope to not have to use a tow service again, but I'd definitely recommend them overall.

Toni picked us up.... we truly had the best experience. The truck very nice and we had to ride about an hour with him. He was extremely friendly and kind. We were in a terrible situation with our car and he made it so much better. Thank you so much for all your help!
PJ was great and well versed in all things auto mechanic. Very professional. Covered windows so nothing could get into it. Fenced in lot made sure no unauthorized access to the car was allowed. All of the personal belongings were in the car and intact.
