Today, I finally took the time to get a replacement for my car’s rear window. I have an older car and wasn’t sure if the store would have what I needed. Ryan assured me that had the exact size I needed. He took the time to install the new blade and made sure it was working properly. It required a little tweaking which he happily took care to provide. I came in today to get a new battery for my jeep, and Jim was so helpful with answering any questions I had. And I had quite a few during the process, haha. I also asked if it was possible to change my headlight, since I had the bulb with me, and as he was changing the battery he saw it was easy access to the headlights, and switched my burned out one with the one one. Super helpful, and very polite! Great experience today!
I was at the Sheetz next door. When I came out, to leave, my sports car would not start. I walked through the parking lot to the Advanced Auto Parts store. I was greeted upon entering the door by a salesperson named Eric. He was extremely polite and asked how he could assist me. I explained my problem. He immediately provided me with a pair of jumper cables and apologized that he wasn't able to leave the store to assist me. Another patron was leaving the store when I was walking out and agreed to jump my car. When I returned the cables, Eric came out to analyze my battery. I did not need a new battery, but instead just needed the battery cable tightened to the terminal. I did receive a price for a new battery but was told to wait before purchasing a new battery to see if the loose cable was the cause. Eric was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. No hard sale. Eric helped me out in a pinch.

Fast friendly service. I was in and out in a few moments, bought windshield wipers, and they installed them for me. It wasn't cheap, but it was quick, efficient, and helpful and cordial.
I stopped here yesterday on my way home from work with battery issues. The guy checked my battery and I needed a new one so I asked if I could purchase one and he said yes but he couldn’t put it in that I would have to call a garage. Hmmmm so today pulled in at auto zone across the street and in less then 15 min I bought a battery, it was put in and I was on my way!!! It’s crazy that a young kid was probably just too lazy or “cold” to put it in and referred me to a garage lol. Thanks, I found out I didn’t need a garage just auto zone!
I received a response from the owner stating some batteries need professional installation.Maybe they misunderstood my previous post! I did not have to take it to a garage. I went to autozone and they changed it there in less than 5 minutes.I also checked your website and my make and model of my car offered free battery installation. I will not come back to advance auto with any of our three cars! I now know that autozone offers professionals as advanced offers nothing but excuses for laziness. Thanks

? great auto parts store ..friendly service for everything you will need to get the job done ..they rent tools if u need one for the job ..they will check your battery for free...and replace it if needed ..they will also install wiper blades for free ...I wouldn't go anywhere else for parts...great place!!!
