Was told to get the title done at the notary. Get all the way out there and no one gave us the name and address of the purchaser. Had to come the whole way back home to call and get that. Then go the whole way back to the notary. Then told everyone I talked to at your company to call my house phone not my cell phone and they still kept calling my cell phone. It was a very aggravating situation. I also got tired of having to repeat myself numerous times. The only thing that went well was the quick pick up of the car and instant payment.

Mostly a good way to sell your car and their prices are fair. Customer service sucks. Especially Lucas. They were extremely rude and impatient. Almost never allows you to ask questions. They hanged up the phone on me multiple times. Wont give it a one start tho considering that I had one positive experience with Marcus, I really hope that was his name and I didn’t forget it because he was the only one out of the 3 or 4 people that I talked to that was nice and informative.

I have been screwed around for days, I went online put in the information and received an offer. I let the offer sit after uploading pictures for almost 4 days then when I accepted the offer another day passed no one reached out about coming to pick up my vehicle. 4 days later, plus lots of phone tags later I was lied to, hung up on, cursed at in a different language, and belittled only for to be offered an amount almost 1k less than I was originally offered. This was the most stressful, chaotic and unprofessional experience I've dealt with in my life. Then when I finally got my check the nearest bank I could cash it that day was 4 hours away, because their bank of choice is a major bank but did not have a branch anywhere near where I dropped my car off. Never again will I do this service

My 2012 Mazda with 258k miles needed some repairs and probably general maintenance.
