Rich from Conemaugh Auto Servive put a 2020 motor in my 2014 truck for $5800 in doing that he blew the ECM computer and charged me $684.32 for a new one and a new battery wich I just had to call triple a for a jump yesterday on my new battery but before that $756.51 for a inspection after that The the first time I drove it my engine light came on so I took it back and wat told I needed a canister purge solenoid that had nothing to do with the engine and it was going to be another $150.98 so I paid that then the next time I drove it I turned my air conditioner on and it was bumping out heat and when I gave it to Rick I couldn’t turn it all the way up because you would freeze in there so I took it back to Rick after paying him over $9000 I was told that had nothing to do with him when the air conditioning was totally fine when I gave it to him so he gets one star because idk if I can give zero but he definitely deserves it I wouldn’t do plumbing work in someone’s house and break there vanity and then tell them it wasn’t my fault id just fix it expecally if they already gave me $9000+
Was great work, done the same day that I took it over to be looked at. Drove it, found the problem right away, and fixed in less than a hour. Great service and very nice people.
They have really good diagnostic tools, and know how to use them. They get a lot of tow-ins that other shops shops cat fix, and normally figure out the complex problems figured out. Best is to make am appointment beforehand, since they tend to be busy. Basically , if you have a car problem that nobody can seem to figure out, the is THE place to go.
Paid them to diagnose and repair wires and needed redone 4 months later and I was told it was not done right the first time! I would not recommend them to anyone!
