Was given wrong part, they said they would get the correct one for the following day. I took off early from work to do the repairs, only to find out they "fogot" to order it even though I paid in advance.
Went in quick to replace my rear wiper while I was down at the laundromat. The guy was helpful and immediately searched the car part for me. Had me pull up front where he even helped install it quickly. It was maybe 10-15 min total
While enroute to an important event on the evening of November 8th with my son, my "check engine " light came on. Fortunately, Advance was still open. They conducted a code test for me on the spot. The technician who conducted the test was competent, courteous, professional, and concise. After discovering it was an inconsequential issue, I was on my way. Thank you to that nice lady for keeping us on the road that night!
I had the wonderful opportunity to interact with and receive above-and-beyond assistance with Christian. I don't know about the rest of the store but if they are even remotely close to providing the level of customer service as him, this is the place to go. This is one of the best experiences of any auto store I've ever had!
I was there this morning looking for antifreeze and unfortunately I didn’t have the $22 to cover it. I asked the older man with white hair in a ponytail where else might I be able to go where it’s more affordable and he lied right to my face and said he didn’t know. I did a quick google search and I can go to Walmart, dollar general, tractor supply, and a few other places where it’s half the price. The employees there are not there to help but to merely make the store profit. I would have been back again and again if he was more helpful and honest. Hire better people.
Absolute nightmare customer service! I can see why alot of commercial customers switched to a different vendor! If i could give 0 stars I would. Junk tools and ignorant staff.
I walked in to this store the other day to get cleaning supplies to wash my car. Unfortunately I did not buy what I came in to get due to this location’s employee’s. There was a girl employee with green hair that was swearing uncontrollably and being loudly obnoxious behind the counter. She was loud enough to hear throughout the entire store. Truly unprofessional while there was another girl that sat there. Neither one greeted me/ offered to help me look for anything. I’m a huge believer that the workers are the face of the company and hearing them talk like that with no regards to the customers is not a company I want to support. I doubt I would be returning here if these are the type of people that are employed here. No customer service here at all. My advice is if you come here and see them working turn around and go to auto zone. You’ll get better service there.
Complete morons who work there with an exception of 2 that know what they're talking about or know there job. I recieve the wrong part almost every time ridiculous
I was in at advance today I had got a can of starting fluid a few weeks back. Well when we went to spray it wouldn't work. So I took it back to get a refund and one of the young girl who worked there named page she was such a breathe of fresh air . She was kind and she knew her job and did it very well and efficient. Thank you for your kindness.
When in for parts and was very pleased with the service. Service technicians even added.. if after your repair is finished. If needed, return to the store and we can check to make sure there's no other troubles awaiting. I think that's a great attitude in making sure satisfaction is met by the customer.
Not 100% sure why I even went back after my last experience there. Just left the store management and employees just looked at me while I’m standing at the counter for five minutes did not bother to help me when the young man behind the counter was busy with a customer. Save yourself 20 minutes of your day and go to Napa on 2nd St. Do not recommend the store at all
My husband was patron here on 10/25 and was treated as a second class citizen because of the color of his skin. He had one sales woman rush him through the questions he was trying to ask and then quickly run away and get “busy” after she told him what was wrong with the vehicle and rudely dismissed him. The man at the register acted as if he wasn’t in the store in the first place and then acted like he didn’t have the money to purchase the part he needed . Unprofessional.
Well every time I've ever gone into place the customer service has been very good friendly people to talk to and if you're looking for something and don't know where it is. I'll help you find it and get it I think that it's one of those businesses that should be more appreciated than it is
Love this place for auto? needs.. Guys helpful, prices good... Usually always have in stock.. N if u join there rewards program,, they send $5 coupons every time u spend required amount,, which isn't much ???
These are great people, one of my customers deals with this particular Advance Auto frequently. They usually have the parts in stock that we need and he does his ordering online and gets a ton of money off using speed perks and other discounts that he earns by purchasing online. So he purchases the parts online all I need to do is go and pick them up and of course install them on the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this particular Advance Auto.
Though ok for emergency trips, the associates knowledge of parts and applications is very limited, relying far too much on the computer. Better options with in 10 miles.
Great service! Had the battery I needed in stock and they installed it for free in the freezing cold! The two gentlemen were very professional and smart.
