I received great service at the Sunbury Firestone location. The manager was super attentive and went above and beyond to help find a solution for my car issue.
Called ahead and asked if they would be able to do a wheel bearing, they told me yes they should be able to and to bring it in just to make sure. I did the same day, at 11am. After awaiting 45 minutes, it was still waiting on the counter with no answer if it was possible or not. I then personally asked, the guy took it back to see. 30 minutes go by, he comes out and goes “we are not able to do it”. Meaning I waited for over a hour and a half for something they could have told me sooner. it just seemed like they didn’t care, because they were taking in other people who didn’t have an appointment, before even looking into my problem.
The young lady at the front desk was a complete "GEM" She was welcoming, polite and eager to assist in getting my issue resolved. Then to my surprise and delight I witnessed her driving my car to the bay and doing the work herself.
Definitely would recommend. Great associates and help ya as much as they can. Stayed open just to get some things done on my car. Rob and Store Manager Shane was great. Will go back with my car.
Three hour wait for new tires with an appointment. Hidden fees snuck into bill (road hazard protection $128) never discussed. I asked for all-weather and they tried to sell me all-season. Small waiting area. Look elsewhere for tires!
I scheduled an oil change at 11 AM, but the service center claimed additional work was needed, including a new front left tire, brake pads, rotors, and a motor mount. However, another service provider disagreed about the necessity of the motor mount for inspection. Despite assurances that the work would be completed by 3:30 PM, it was not finished until 5:50 PM. After driving a short distance, I detected an unusual noise and returned the vehicle. The service center conducted multiple inspections and test drives but could not resolve the issue, causing me no considerable inconvenience. The head technician test drive The vehicle the next day, I had to leave my vehicle in the garage overnight which was a major inconvenience. I had no way home. I had to call off from work. concluded there was no problem, and suggested the smoke could be from the exhaust. Given the subpar service and lack of technical expertise, I would not recommend this service center to others.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. When I got to the store I overheard Shane asking a customer to let him know she made it safely. Going back here next time I need to.
Had an appointment for an alignment and ran late. Jada rescheduled my appointment for the same day and the mechanics were running behind. She was very apologetic and kept in contact with me. Firestone has now gained a new customer.
Was scheduled for a simple gasket replacement 2.5 hour job. I looked it up. Brought my car in 10 am as scheduled. Was going to wait on the vehicle because lived 2 miles away. Was told it would take a while to fix the vehicle because they were understaffed.WHICH FORCED ME TO WALK HOME 40 MIN WALK IN THE COLD. I was in a rush because I had to pick up my autistic son at noon. No updates all day...I call at 2:30 pm to be told they forgot to order the parts for my car. My question was you had my vehicle since 10 am and your just now realizing you didn't have the parts?? I was told to bring the car back the next day when they would call me when the part came in...its now 10:37 and no one called me yet.
This is very unprofessional. I don't know if they are racist or what the deal is. There is no reason they could not call me to tell me the parts were not there earlier so I could of visited my son. Shows they don't even care because they still haven't called to fix the unprofessionalism.
Update: Two days still no call guess the gasket is coming from china. I was quoted and booked for the repair...I showed up...now I expect it to be honored for wasting me and my child's time. I will Update everyday if I have to until this is resolved or someone is fired for not doing there jobs. Shouldn't of scheduled me and wasted my time if you weren't able to do it...
Update:Day 4 Still waiting on the phone call that the part arrived as I was told by the female who told me she would call me when the part arrived. I can do this all day. Let this be a lesson on how to provide better customer service. You dont lie to customers because of being too lazy to provide the service I was quoted and booked for.
I had an appointment first thing in the morning to check my brake pads. Took 3.5 hours just for them to do an inspection. I ended up asking for my car back but they broke a lug nut off so I had to wait an additional 30min just for them to fix that. Next time, I'll bite the bullet and go to the overpriced dealership. At least they would give me a loaner car.
I had to go to Firestone yesterday for an emergency and the men at this garage came to my rescue they even pushed the car across the road to the garage and everything to help me out. Shane himself was great he helped me the most and he was super kind and kept me updated with what was going on. And even tho they had other cars and I didnt have an appointment it wasnt a problem they are a great group of people that work here. I highly recommend.
Excellent customer service! Jada and the rest of her team are professional, courteous and knowledgeable! They took exceptionally fantastic care of my vehicle as if it were their own. Highly recommended! Been with them for years, many more to come!

Shane and will did a great job explaining promotions when I needed 1 tire. I ended up purchasing all 4. I am super satisfied with my experience here at the Sunbury Firestone. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
Vetrens purchasing through VCS stay away. You deserve better treatment. I purchased tires through VCS made an appointment to have them installed. They proceeded to tell me I need oil change, fuel filter change and air filter change I told them no I will use my normal mechanic for that I'm just here for tire change. Three hours later (and I was charged for the three hour labor) I had my keys back. I would als9 like to mention i felt questioned on my ability to be a female vetren. Seriously women are vets too.
Great customer service. Scheduled me for the same day . Explained everything to me about what was needed in a way I could understand. Worked hard to get me all the discounts available. Manager and service man were very friendly.
Excellent service! Had to come in for a warranty repair they found the part was available just down the road. They went and got it, filed the warranty and performed the repair in great time. Was not expecting same day service. Excellent service and customer service is exceptional! Definitely recommend stopping by.
My check engine light came on. I took it over to advanced auto where they ran a check on it. Found that an oxygen sensor was bad. They recommended me to go to Firestone. I want the Firestone stood there with no one at the desk for approximately 10 minutes when the guy did come in, I told him what was wrong with my car And he said did they offer to replace it with that attitude? I looked at him and I ignored it oh what gonna happen on full diagnostic on to do the work and I said don’t give a BS and I walked out always wanting to do more on a car to pump up the bill
I came here for a simple mount and balance of tires I provided (even a different size, no questions asked) and left as a future returning customer. The manager, Shane, provides exemplary service and was one of most personable managers I've dealt with. 100% a returning customer, 100% will recommend to friends, family, and strangers alike.
Wonderful helpful and knowledgeable. They talk to you like your human beings. I've been bringing all my cars here for 15 years and I've never had a bad experience.
My friend had her vehicle serviced there today n she was totally impressed with the professionalism n accuracy of Jada,Shane n the other employees all worked together like a team to get her auto on the road in great time. My friend is an older lady n they treated her with utmost respect n she told me she will keep Firestone as her garage. I recommended Firestone months ago to her because of the excellent service they gave me. Everyone worked together n got the job done and need a financial pat on the back cause customers always do remember the good service to share with friends. Everyone was great! I had stopped by for a diagnosis because the check engine light was on. They were able to tell what the issue was, they ordered the necessary parts and I made arrangements to come back the next day. When I arrived, a technician I had spoken with the previous day was ready to do the job. It was taken care of right away. I used to use Firestone on a regular basis a few years ago, but then I got a different vehicle, and I started to have it repaired at that location. But when I had an issue with my car in January, I decided to return to Firestone, and I was so pleased with the service that I returned for this recent issue as well. I even renewed my Firestone credit card because I made up my mind that Firestone will once again be my go-to place. I prefer their customer service, their technicians' abilities, and their prices. I've been recommending them to friends and family. I should never have switched to a different service station in the first place. But I'm happily back now, and that's all that really matters!
The manager and staff provided service above and beyond our expectations when we needed to replace a punctured "run flat" tire on our drive from GA to Canada. The manager and staff called everywhere, then drove 1 hour round trip to collect the product. Installation was speedy and the bill was very reasonable. Everyone we dealt with was informed, friendly, helpful and kind. Top marks!
I was camping from out of town and the steering went out on my suv! Manager Shane and his Team got me in that day and gave me accurate estimate and helped me open a Firestone account. My emergency evaporated as Shane had my car back on the road and back at the campsite in 24 hours. He picked up on the urgency of these repairs - (I needed to drive back home end of week) and had everything done promptly and in a courteous manner in no time flat. Thank you again for outstanding service. Now I can drive home safely. Keep up the great work
