Operator arrived with leaking hydraulic hose which would have sprayed over the front and side of our brand new , class A Motor home , if we had allowed him to continue hooking up.
When back up to the motor home, his draw bar was not low enough and hit the front fiberglass , making it . If I had not yelled , he would have cracked the front end and busted it.
With a brand new 2025 class A Motor home I stopped him and called another tow service.
I wanted to come on here because I called these guys to get my truck towed from point to point B to point C and they are all set to tow it no problems but somehow my truck started operating normally and I cancelled the Taow
I still wanted to write a review because the only they were extremely helpful, but also extremely reasonable because they understand how it is to be stuck on the side of the road
Event when I cancelled the tow They were very understanding and said if I still need to talk down the road if anything happens, do not hesitate to call us.
I called probably eight different tow trucks companies, and these guys were the most understanding and most helpful people I talked to
I highly recommend them without any doubt
Charles got to me fast and did his job quickly and efficiently, this was the shortest time I ever had to wait for a tow. I had a case of the Mondays today with my car breaking down but this experience at least turned it around for me. Thanks so much for everything!
Best towing company in Pittsburgh answered right away very kind and my van was on the tow truck within a half an hour can’t ask for more! These guys are great!
The dispatcher at McGann and Chester was great on the phone, and the driver showed up quickly and took care of business! A great overall experience (aside from breaking down on the Parkway!)
Chuck was very helpful. Not only was he quick in getting me jump started but took the time to answer my questions and direct me to closest place to get battery since I am not familiar with Pittsburgh Great service and friendly people.
Arrived in half the time estimated, was very knowledgeable, efficient, was able to pickup and drop off my work van in tight spots, and overall I was impressed from start to finish.

So I was a complete mess yesterday. My car go hit in the parking lot of my work, and the place that I was told to send my car for repairs ended up denying me when my car arrived. The man who towed my car was so kind to me over the phone and truly helped me out yesterday. Went above and beyond than I would have imagine, and I really needed that yesterday. I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for that kindness. Thanks again ❤️
Extremely understanding, helpful and kind in my unfortunate circumstance. Was estimated 2hrs and the tow arrived in 40mins. My vehicle was delivered to the dealership of my choice and I got a text when it arrived. Highly recommend!
Very Professional, Fast & Efficient. Jason and his team were very helpful when my 18 wheeler broke down on the highway. Towed me and repaired my rig for a fair price. Highly recommend them if you’re in town!!
after getting a flat and waiting on my car’s roadside assistance program for 40 minutes, i decided to call these guys and they came out in 10 minutes. he also waited with me and my husband until our uber arrived. thank you!
Driver was quick and on point. Went from saxonburg to barkeyville to get a spare truck and bring it to me in Bridgeville. He was hooked up to my junker and gone before I could get hooked back up. Arrived quicker than I imagined. Would 11/10 reccomend them to anyone and would use them in the future
