I will never take my car anywhere else. Bob and Larry take the time to talk with you and explain what is going on with your car. Their prices are extremely fair. I just pray they stay around until I quit driving. They have always solved all of my cars' problems. As a woman, I feel they explain things in a way I can understand. They are the most honest shop I've ever been to!
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Needed a brake caliper. He told my husband and I that it would cost almost 500 dollars for the part and another 300 to put it on. The price of service is fine, that’s not my issue. My husband asked him if he could order the part from a different website. He said he’s only comfortable ordering directly from Hyundai. That was fine, so we picked up the car and called around. Midas said they were fine with putting a part on we purchased. We ordered the OEM part brand new for 158 dollars. I then looked on Hyundai’s website to see what their price actually was and it was 350. Find yourself a mechanic that doesn’t mark up your parts. My car is back up and running and I didn’t spend almost 800 dollars.

I have used Bowser automotive for the last several years. I am a used car dealer that gets cars with problems.. The work and professionalism Bob has used can't be touched. They always put a plastic cover on the steering wheel and seat. I have dealt with a lot of mechanics in the last 25 years this shop is the best.
I have been taking my vehicles here for years and have always received excellent service. Bob is very straightforward and always takes time to answer my questions. The work is completed well at a reasonable cost and no time is wasted. Highly recommend Bowser Automotive!
Without going into the details here is my take a way. Unprofessional, Inconsiderate of other people's time, Unresponsive and questionable repair recommendations.

Ladies ! …. this is the place to go if most auto shops intimidate you. They work fast and do it right. They answered my questions simply and happily. Their prices are very fair and I really had confidence in what was done. I am happy to share my experience if you email me!
Bob did a great job getting me in and taking care of my car in an efficient and timely manner. They have professional know-how, not to mention run an outstanding business. My car had overheated and needed an emergency visit, I have ease of mind when taking my car to this business that I will not be taken advantage of or overcharged. This is not your typical 'auto shop' or mechanics.
