I can't recall if I've ever been there in person, but I had an awesomely-wonderful experience with it, all the same --- just now I called their number to ask about several elderly folks whom I'd known in the Jackson area back in the '70's. Russ had passed away, but his son Kevin, who answered the phone, was super-pleasant and patiently-helpful to me, and guided me in successfully finding all of the local-citizen information and Google-Maps locations that I'd been looking for! Kudos to you, Kevin --- you're the greatest!! :D :D :D
Russ' really hooked me up with brake pads and rear rotors for a fraction of the price Mazda dealership quoted me. They are very personable, professional and above all, Honest.
Russ and Kevin are the two best people you'll ever meet. Although they are very busy, they try to do their best to take care of everyone. Because they ARE so busy, you may have a wait, but rest assured, they WILL take care of you.
