I got stranded roadside during a snowstorm after getting a flat and spinning out a couple times, AAA confirmed they couldn't get to me until 6AM (it was midnight) so the police was able to help with Jeff (I think that's his name) from Hook-n-Haul. He did me a solid, patched up my spare tire the best he could and sent me on his way.
He was so chill we ended up just chatting for a while. We both figured we were on opposite sides of the political spectrum and on some views but we respected each other's opinions and saw eye to eye on the important stuff.
He was skilled, efficient, and friendly. At first glance I thought he was a little gruff but once we started talking, it was all smooth sailing from there.

I would highly recommend Hook and Haul for your towing, inspection and service needs. Jeff and Matt have been taking great care of all our equipment, trucks (big and small) and other vehicles for years from preventative Maintenace to major overhauls. Very knowledgeable and they have the right tools and diagnostic equipment to get us back on the road.

I was towed to this location after our SUV was hit by a deer on I-79. Jeff went above and beyond to help us out. He let us in the building, gave us water, gave our dog water (was very kind to Daisy as well), let us use the facilities, stayed and talked with us for HOURS until our ride came to take us home. I would highly recommend this business due their professionalism and treating people with respect and kindness. A MILLION THANK YOU'S to Jeff for helping make a scary situation a calm and smooth transaction.

I was told about Hook 'n Haul from a friend at work who took his vehicle there for repairs and was happy to find someone who was not only courteous to deal with, but also knew what they were doing. I got a lot more use out of my truck because he was able to fix a number of issues that would have otherwise made it dead in the water, so to speak. I would recommend them to anyone who needs mechanical repairs on their car or truck. Thumbs up all the way!
Local company that has been fantastic to work with on maintenance and inspections of our vehicles. Jeff has always treated us right. No complaints with any of the service we get from this company. Another happy customer.
Towing service called to the scene of an accident and charged extremely high fees without explaining first including storage fees which could have been avoided had we known. Other add on fees such as clean up and administrative fees etc. When I called to discuss and ask why this was so high compared to other towing services I've received, this owner was very rude, made derogatory comments about what her drivers and the police know about towing fees and services and was generally ignorant to deal with. Would never recommend their services ,but it's who was called by the police in this situation so we had no choice. It's a shame in times like these when a business soaks people who are in an emergency situation and have no choice but to rely on them. Horrible business practice.
Insurance scam artists! Don't let then take your vehicle! They will hold it hostage at insurance companies expense just to rack up storage fees. Total joke!
Last week my daughter was involved in a crash on Rt. 68. Three cars totaled, luckily no one was hurt. When the tow truck driver arrived he was very courteous and helpful, TJ was the diver. Since the car was totaled, we had to get items out of the trunk. Jeff the facility manager went above and beyond being helpful. He was amazing! Thanks for everything you guys have done for us. I would recommend Hook n Haul above all!

My company needed work done on our tractor, and multiple trailers to get our trucking business up and running. Hook-N-Haul took care of everything we needed for DOT inspections and repairs, both minor and major, and they always find time to squeeze us in if we find ourselves in a pinch, and need something fixed asap. I can always reach Jeff over at the shop when I need services completed, and they're great with getting our equipment into the shop, and getting it back to us in a prompt manner to keep our business running. Jeff was also able to help us out when we needed a crane to get some large equipment moved around at our plant facility. Staff is very friendly over there, and have a laid back disposition, so they aren't the pushy salesmen type that try to get you to spend more money than you need to, and they always maintain a professional and honest work ethic. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area for mechanic, crane, or towing needs!
