I have used O'Neil Service on numerous occasions for my 2001 Dodge Dakota and 2014 Ford Expedition. I have always been satisfied with their work and customer service. My most recent experience went above my expectations as they honored a manufacturer warranty for a service they did not perform. Definitely a garage to consider for your long term service needs. I will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future!

I'm regretting buying a 'new to me' vehicle with the extended warranty because now, if anyone other than the dealer's service center does ANYTHING to the vehicle, they warranty could be void. THAT PART SUCKS!!
Jim (Gumby) has a flatbed if you need your vehicle ''towed' and he makes certain to do no damage to your vehicle.

If the phone calls an example has all good, this place takes care of your vehicle. I definitely am going to finish saving my money to have it serviced there. The lady on the phone was kind, caring, compassionate, thoughtful, and listened to all my questions and gave me professional answers.
Gumby and Amanda are the best! Well as a matter of fact the entire staff was awesome. Even though they were busy as could be they took their time to laugh and smile. All the employees seem happy and my car looks great. I smashed a buck and they got me in, kept me informed, handled everything with my insurance, I couldn't be happier with the service!
