Justin's commitment to customer service cannot be understated. He was ready to help when I needed a helmet and parts trackside after a crash, and when I found that the helmet didn't fit quite to my liking, he spent a lot of time and energy over a few off-season months helping me find one that would properly fit my (apparently weirdly-shaped) head.
