Their location is convenient. As others have noted, it can be messy with mud, and getting a nail in your tires is a definite concern. I "think" (I've heard) they run a magnet around -- but cannot swear to that. Their ATM (method of payment) is loaded with two-dollar bills; while odd, not an issue. I've never really questioned their rates--you're probably not going to get rich here. While other recycling facilities may pay a little more, I’m not willing to drive the distance for a few extra dollars unless perhaps I had a bunch of copper, etc. A frustration is their communication--answering their phone appears to be a challenge. Why have voicemail, or email if you're not going to respond to either. That's just my $0.02.
I use 611 for metal recycling for home and at work and love re-using everything I can and getting paid for making the trip! Always know I'm treated fairly at 611 Metals and feels good to support a small, local family business.
Excellent company to work with. 611 Metals Recycling in Pipersville is my go-to center! The owners are good guys you can trust, and they always deliver great pricing. I recommend these guys for anyone in need of a recycling center in Bucks or Montgomery County. Absolute 10 out of 10!
I left a review here yesterday in regard to the scale. Fortunately, the owner responded. At which point I realized I had posted the review to the wrong business. The review was removed from 611 and reposted to Langhorne where it belongs. My apologies. On my next trip I will use 611!
I went with my truck full of appliances and they only gave me $60 for all that I filled the entire yard with appliances like 3-4 heavy fridge 7 heavy washer 5 dryer 4 dishwasher 5 microwave and more they had to pay a little bit more I say , elsewhere they would give us more than $60 dollar , at least $130+ I don't like how they pay here , beside that worker are excellent
Cleaned up my yard and had a bunch of misc. metal bars, pails, old lawnmower. Very efficient, weigh in/weight out. I didn't get rich, but better than going to the landfill! Only suggestion: look into the scanner. It has problems reading the bar code at the ATM station. The Customer before me struggled too.

Really nice guys, super helpful. I brought a really heavy tv for recycling. I know that it is really hard to recycle old tube TV's, and they are one of the few places that will take them that are local. I'll definitely be back to have some old computer parts scrapped.
It is great to know that they will accept everything from bulk recycling to household items.
I love this place. Its so artistically interesting! These are brand new beer cans waiting to be recycled. Last time it was hundreds of tv remotes. It so interesting.
Very clean and polite people. I did not have to worry about my tires getting punctuated. The first out of many that i do not mind delivering to in a 53ft T/T. Oh there was a closed down ice- cream place next door where i did my overnight parking. Oh and i was in and out in no time. They do have a scale t??
Very easy to learn the procedure, I’ve been using this place for well over 10 years and never disappointed. I own a multi service company and accumulate a decent amount of material and will always bring it straight here. Always provide knowledge and information about ANY metals, how they process and are always personable. This place holds pride and integrity at the highest. I always recommend 611 Metals to anyone inquiring of a good scrap yard. If you are friendly to them they are friendly to you!

Had a great experience with this business. The gentleman with whom I spoke listened to me as I explained that we were told the chandelier from our home was brass. I always suspected that it was not because it didn't oxidize like brass should and felt really light. He took a file to it and showed me the 'white metal' underneath. Turned out it was cast aluminum. I felt I got a fair price for the scrap I took there.
Brought in 185 lbs copper that was weighed on a very accurate restaurant scale and was only paid for half of what I brought in. Maybe they forgot a second ticket or more likely I was stolen from. Never go here.
Every time I go they are very inviting. Never have been disappointed. Any questions I have ever had they are more than happy to answer. I recommend going there.
The yard is a mudhole, and you'll be lucky if you don't get metal in you're tire. They paid me 1/2 of what I would've gotten at sims. The people working there are nice.
