I contacted them, sent pictures, and they fit me in the same day to clear out a bunch of stuff. Cheaper and faster than college hunks. Going to call them back if I ever need to get rid of more things

We had a very large furniture piece to be removed. When I called for info I received a prompt call back. They showed up when they said they would and were very courteous and professional. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I would use them in the future if needed.

I've been using them for 2 years and I've not nothing but receive. Great service. If you have your things ready, it's not a problem and they will pick up anything that you want and they'll tell you yes or no. This owner, her name is Stephanie and her husband. They are amazing couple and nothing is ever too much trouble. They are honest people. They don't take advantage of you in any way, shape or form.

We have used this business several times in the past and will definitely continue to do so in the future. This may be a small local business but the services they provide and their excellent customer service is truly exceptional. Both Stephanie and Mike ensure the whole process goes smoothly and keep in constant communication until the job is done. They are hands down the best company out there because they have very reasonable prices and convenient working hours.

I found Junk Elves just by doing a Google search. I thought their name was cute and I didn’t really want to use a “bigger” named company so I figured no harm in reaching out. I emailed and sent over some photos of the items we needed picked up and Stephanie responded very quickly with an estimate. I was given an appropriate price and she was extremely nice and always quick to respond. Her and Mike just left and were so great. They were very friendly, professional and down to earth. When I need a bulk pick up again, I won’t hesitate to reach out and use their services again.

The Junk Elves worked their magic and far exceeded our expectations. We had quite a job of large junk piles in our backyard and at the end of the job, the place looked better than it had ever before! So glad I found the junk elves!! Their email quoting process was super easy. Just tell them what and where it is, send pictures of everything, and I had a competitive priced quote the next day. They arrived right on time, walked thru to check all the items I had requested to be removed and got straight to work. They were cool, clean and efficient and had my stuff gone in no time.
