They have the worst service. Have no idea how to run a business. The people skill are horrible. There employee bre is the worst person to ever try to deal with attitude no people skills brags how she was arrested to the cops then come in.
Just recently had my car worked on at Kirks after the front end was damaged in an accident. I personally had a great experience and feel like they are honest with their work. A couple items were damaged that insurance didn't originally find and the shop worked with the insurance to get them replaced. I highly recommend going to them.
Had a flat in the middle of the night, in the middle of the country. Then I broke two wheel studs trying to change it. After wasting time with AAA, I called Kirks directly. Aiden arrived very quickly and did a great job towing our car to the shop. Thanks!
I’m not typically one to write reviews but this incident in particular is unlike anything I have ever experienced. This guy needs to have his business license revoked and his contracts canceled. I got into a wreck in Dublin and Kirk’s was automatically called. They tried to charge me over $1,000 to scoop up some plastic and tow my truck 1/4 mile down the road. I was charged for 2 hazmat cleanups (which they never actually did), $100 to pull my truck on the back of theirs and THEN another $185 to tow it down the road. He also sent a second guy out (i get it, it’s rush hour), which I was charged another $100+ for. Then a $75 administrative fee, plus storage fees for 2 days despite it being there less than 24 hours, then a $25 fee for paying with a credit card. Ontop of all of that, the owner CURSED OUT MY MOM on the phone despite her being polite the entire time. Absolutely revolting that this guy is still in business. He is an extortionist with a huge ego and a bad attitude. Townships and PDs need to drop this guy NOW.
I had to get my car towed after an accident, and they were very helpful in getting the vehicle moved. The pricing is a little steep, but they were very kind and did not charge me extra for storage. Brianna, (I hope that's spelled correctly,) and Billy were both very helpful and honest, and did not waste my time. Thank you again for your help ?
They definitely have an unspoken contract with the police in the center region of Pa I was pulled over live stop in Warrington and they took my vehicle and said a police offer delivered it , what actually happened is Warrington police impounded my vehicle and said I could get it back after paying 350 administrative fees and 75 a day storage , they definitely collect money off the back of low income and or incarcerated individuals, they have for a very long time and i hope one day the irs or the better business bureau understands , lol
A relative's car was recently towed there. Billy Kirk refused access to the car to retrieve personal identification, until an exorbitant towing and storage fee of well over $2,000 was paid. That is against state law. Additionally, he was rude and ignorant on the phone. Be wary doing any buisness with them including auto body work. Please read the negative reviews regarding towing. There is not one positive review. Also, do not believe the owner's response.
I brought my vehicle here after a deer hit to my front hood. Everyone at Kirk's was exceedingly professional and friendly. They worked to make sure I was without my vehicle for the least amount of time possible. The work was done very quickly and now my car is back to normal. They did a great job! I really felt taken care of. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks guys!
Was stuck in the snow. Gave Kirks a call. Answering service lady was nice. Connected me to a driver asap. Before I knew it they arrived, were kind, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
I decided to use Kirk's for some non-insurance body work to stop the spread of some rust under the paint on my '05 classic 2-door coupe. Bill sized up the situation, explained how he would approach the fix, and gave me a fair estimate. Just got the car back and I am very happy with the results. Communication during the work was excellent, the job stayed within the estimate, and looking at the car now you would never know that it has been patched up and repainted. Nice work. Highly recommend.
Kirk’s Auto Body is a great family owned company. My son’s car was broken down in Doylestown. Bill was out quickly, and got his vehicle to the shop to get serviced. If I could give them ten stars I would. Kirks Auto Body is professional, on time, and a cut above the rest of the competition.
Absolutely wonderful job when I had no idea why my vehicle just didn’t want to turn on. Definitely cared to help me and to fix the probably thank gosh.
I've used Kirk's multiple times to tow my vehicles in the last 20 years, 2 of which were more recent. Very professional, timely, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend them.
I’ve been taking my cars to Kirk’s ever since I could drive. Kirk’s is fairly priced and they will work with you to get your vehicle back to road worthy they care about the work they do and they care about the people they serve I would recommend Kirk’s 100% of the time
I never had Kirk’s tow my car because I illegally parked or was arrested for DUI. I have used Kirk’s to tow my disabled car and pull my daughter out of a ditch. I found the drivers to be professional and courteous. The office staff was also kind to us. I thought I paid a fair price for the careful service they provided. Thank you all and keep up the professional job you do so well!
The staff at Kirk’s are amazing. I have used them multiple times since I’m prone to car issues. They are always willing to work with you for payments and are so helpful and knowledgeable on the best local shops to get your car fixed. Keep up the good work!
Literally the best company around for towing and auto body work. I, much like most people don’t trust big names like ciocca collision after multiple bad experiences. Kirk’s crews have always been professional and polite, and willing to work with anyone if you just show up and talk to them. They’re a family company and treat everyone as such. The people leaving bad reviews are bitter and having others tarnish a business that has been around for decades. It’s pitful.
Billy and his crew over at Kirk’s have always come through with whatever the job is! They’ve towed our trucks at work from a small f550 dump truck all the way up to a tractor trailer for my boss, and he’s NEVER disappointed. They are some of the most friendliest people and always willing to work with you about a situation. Just last week I had an issue and needed to be towed back to the yard from doylestown and within 20 minutes Billy was on site and hooking up. Numerous times he’s waited on the side of the road with me for someone to pick me up and didn’t just leave me standing there (if he had a helper with him.) These bad reviews don’t make any sense to me, I’ve never once experienced an issue with Billy or his crew. I’d recommend Kirk’s towing and recovery to anyone in need, big or small.
If I could leave less I honestly would. I don’t do reviews ever but this felt wrong not telling people. I got into a car accident (minor) two days ago. The car ended up being pushed to the side of the road and the police were called. They then called to tow truck and waited till it got there. By the time I was leaving (approx. 20 minutes later) the tow truck had almost finished loading the car. Now today the company proceeded to tell my boyfriend that he needed to pay 850$ to even get access to the car. This has been very distressing because I just had the one year anniversary of my grandmother passing and the whole family sorted out more of her stuff and some of it was in the car that now I can’t get back. They said the car was in the woods. It was not it was on the shoulder of the road. They said it was “messy” it wasn’t they’re were no pieces laying around. They also mentioned an oil leak they had to charge extra for, but I had checked out the car after the crash and there was no oil leak. The fact that they can just lie to people and be so dishonest and rude after an already stressful event is beyond me. P.S the distance of the tow was only 7 miles
My car was recently hit by another. I had no experience with auto body shops in the Perkasie/Hilltown area. Kirk’s was on my list from insurance company.

Charged me $340 for a tow after I left my car overnight. I get there was a farmers market event and all where my car was parked but $340 to retrieve my car is criminal after I decide to not Drink and drive home and stay at my friends place over night.
When I called the customer service lied to me and told me I had to wait til Monday which was standard procedure but the guy there let me get it today which is the only reason why I’d even give them a star because had I wait til Monday there would be a disclaimer in this review.
I just ask next time this place or another towing place decides to screw me can I atleast get breakfast I don’t like being screwed on an empty stomach.

Yes I understand the farmers market was there the next morning and my car couldn’t be there, I apologized to the police department and the staff member and understood why my car was towed and I acknowledged that in my first post.
However, the staff member on the phone could have said there would be staff at the shop to retrieve my car if I arrived before the event instead of insisting I wait until Monday and give me a hard time.
Besides all of that, the $340 charge is still abysmal and it is an overcharge. Like I said to your staff and the perkasie police department the only reason my car was there was because I was drinking the night before and did not want to drink and drive which should’ve been understandable not this whole $340 charge and a processing fee with a hard time from customer service.
Worst company ever!!! Very unprofessional, and rude. They take advantage of you and cheat you out of the honesty you deserve while using their offered services! Don't recommend them at all!
I brought my Honda Pilot in to be fixed, and Kirk’s did an awesome job! They fixed all of the body issues and even cleaned/detailed it. I would highly recommend Kirk’s!
