Couldn't be happier with my experience at Butch's Body Works. I drive an older car that is mechanically sound but started developing some rust. Butch and Robin were both very friendly and responsive, and took the time to explain not just the repair process but some of the background behind why cars like mine tend to rust in exactly that place.
The repair makes the car look as good as new and all of this came at a very reasonable price. This shop is busy and there's a really good reason for that.
Estimates by appointment only no exceptions… would need to take a morning off work to just get an estimate on a dent on my truck… went to the Chevy dealership and had an estimate ready in 25 minutes.
This is the second vehicle that I have taken to Butch’s Body Works. Incredibly happy with the work they do. This time I hit an huge deer and Butch and his team put my car back to brand new. Will continue to go there and recommend them!
Butch's has been around for years. I used them many years ago and was very satisfied. Brought my car in recently and Butch looked at it, gave me some good advice and didn't charge me.
Just picked up my car after Butch Urich (Butch's Auto Body) went above and beyond repairing a fender bender. Butch has been fixing cars for more than 40 years and he still takes enormous pride in his work. Instead of just handing me the key, he walked me around the car and showed me everything his shop had done to restore my rather modest, 7-year-old car to its proper condition. This is my second time using Butch (first time was when I hit a deer). Further, he worked closely with the insurance company and finished the job a week ahead of schedule. Nobody does it better.
Over the years I have had to bring a couple different cars to Butch's. Always friendly. Paid attention to me and my concerns. Excellent work. If asked, I always recommend Butch's.
They did a great job fixing the damage caused by a fallen tree branch, and even fixed some other scratches as well. My car hasn’t looked this good since I bought it! Thanks!!
Absolutely the BEST!!! I took my car here after getting rear ended in December 2018, and after receiving news that my car was deemed a total loss from a different shop. I wanted a second opinion, and my brother recommended me to take it here. I am so thankful that I did! They treated me like family from the moment I walked in the door. They got the insurance company’s decision to total the car reversed, and fixed everything that was on the original estimate! I was given regular updates, told everything straight forward, and had everything done in sooo much less time than expected! My car looks and drives like it is brand new now, I couldn’t be happier with everything about this shop! Thank you all so much!!!

Fantastic Auto Body work. MY Mini Cooper Countryman was rear ended @40mph. Butch "reconstructed" the car so perfectly you will never know it was hit! I, and my family, have been using Butch's Body Works for years and will never go anywhere else. Thanks again Butch.
Poor customer service. Felt like the ONLY thing they cared about was getting my money as fast as possible. Won't make the mistake of dealing with them again.
