Absolutely terrible experience. I went in for a basic service and was suddenly given a long list of expensive “recommended” add-ons that felt completely unnecessary. It honestly felt less like honest advice and more like a tactic to squeeze as much money out of me as possible.
The pressure to agree to extra services made me extremely uncomfortable. Instead of explaining things in a trustworthy way, it felt like scare tactics and upselling. As a customer, that destroys trust immediately.
I walked out feeling frustrated, taken advantage of, and disappointed. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to be very cautious and get a second opinion before agreeing to any additional work here.
