Copart in general is one of the most unethical companies I have ever dealt with- and this lot is the epitome of that. Purchased a vehicle here - said it ran, but it doesn’t, has the entire ECM shot and electrical harness torn apart, yet the vehicle showed under damage “minor damage”. To add to it, title was sent signed over to someone else’s name and now cannot be registered in my name in my state. I called and written them and they will not take any responsibility. Honestly just stay away with a 10 foot pole, pay that extra fee and go to a reputable dealer or a private person, not worth being a member of this questionable establishment.

Terrible experience. Vehicle was badly misrepresented—major issues weren’t shown or disclosed. I reached out to General Manager Krista Nicholson, who showed zero customer service and eventually stopped replying to my last email. Completely unprofessional.

My car was towed to another lot after an accident on Saturday. By Tuesday, my insurance company had picked up the vehicle and towed to this lot, which was declared totaled. When I went to retrieve my belongings, several items were missing—including a portable air pump, charging cords for a jumper box, and unopened Amazon packages that were inside the car. It’s standard procedure to inventory the contents of a vehicle once it arrives at a tow lot. However, the insurance company’s lot had no record of any of these items, which raises serious concerns. Either the tow lot or the insurance company’s lot mishandled the inventory someone took the items. Unfortunately, I have too many other things going on to pursue this further because they this lot stated they cannot do anything and I need to make an insurance claim and the money isn't worth the headache, but I wanted to share this as a warning: never let your car leave with anything valuable inside. Once it’s out of your hands, those items may be gone for good.

These people are straight up criminals. My car was towed to their lot without my permission or my insurance companies. When you question them they claim your property had to be stolen by the other groups involved…. For me that was the state police sponsored tow lot. I saw my car and not a thing was touched. When you get here they take all your stuff and throw it in a trash bag in your trunk and ruin your things. I was 1 of 3 people at the location complaining about theft. Just a pathetic group of people

Very unprofessional over the phone. Poor customer service. Zero stars. The agents are not kind or courteous and the managers do not care about customer complaints. The agents also do not care to pass along complaints to managers either. Do not recommend. They're only good for what their worth - which isn't much to say the very least.

HORRIBLE!!!!! The worst customer service ever the manager should lose her job! Got told to come pick up the truck today just to drive 2 hours and then they tell me “oh you got to make an appointment” worst place ever go to a different auction!!

What a horrible business. Make a appointment for 9:30am, 11:00am still no vehicle.... if your 30-minutes late they cancel your appointment but if they are over 1hour late they expect you to be patient and wait. I got other pickups..... what a joke......

The manger I have posted was Very rude and racist… need to check in with anger management… the bike we bought has no key and she went off cause I ask her for the key and lazy to get the key … I have video and will do some parts in tiktok … Be aware of this office has no professionalism and not knowledgeable at all.

Make sure you check your paper work before you walk out the door. Copart rep didn't sign the right spot on the title to transfer to me. Long story short, took over a month to get car titled and registered since Copart had to get the title sent back to them for one signature. My DMV said they could have them sign a power of attorney so my DMV could sign in their place. But, no, Copart said title had to be sent back and couldn't do the POA. Need to have their employees trained better. They're a car auction yard and don't even know where to sign on the titles. Very frustrating process all around. 2 stars, 2nd star only cause picking the car up, went overall smooth and quickly, other than the paperwork snafu.

Awful customer service. The wait is one thing which is understandable due to so many vehicles going out but why treat customers like they are inconviences after spending thousands of dollars. I just witnessed an elderly man who walked with a cane walk in the office 2 times and sent right back out for not checking in with the queue. I asked him what was wrong he only had a flip phone and unable to sign in. He said he sat there 2 1/2 hours. The lady finally put him in the system manually but after an attitude. I also witnessed another gentlemen that did not speak English rudely sent out without an explanation of how to work the queue... the poster on door should come in all different languages not just English and Spanish. And accommodate the handicapped and elderly that do not use modern technology. They are paying customers just like everyone else. Customer Service needs addressed asap.. if the queue is not working just let people line up 6 feet apart against the building and train the staff to speak to the paying customers with some respect and compassion.

My experience was very nasty with that place. I will try to summarize it. I won a clean title run and drive unit, in a different state more than 24 hours away as you can't bid on most locations without a license, with scratches in primary issue description and NA in secondary. I paid full price in addition to fees to ship it to a family in a closer area so I can pick it up from there later, and here it starts. Upon calling them, they said I will be contacted in 2-3 days when paperwork is completed. 1- I never heard back for two weeks, that's when I called and they said it has been ready for a while. They cancelled the shipment because of the yard policy which they shouldn't make me pay in the first place. Despite they are the one who cancelled shipping the vehicle, they made me pay storage fees for 14 days. 2- I had to stop my life and book a flight in a couple of days to arrange picking up the unit. Upon arrival at the location, the unit didn't work. We tried using a jumper, it would stop once I released the gas pedal. I ended up paying a little less than double of what I was supposed to pay when they cancelled the shipment for a last-minute towing. 3- I had the car dropped at a mechanic. He ran his checks and said it is a bad motor. I had it checked by another mechanic, same thing, bad motor. A bad motor is not something to miss when starting the vehicle, If it starts, you at least can tell there is something major going on. 4- Upon calling to see what solutions they can offer; I was asked to contact the corporate office. I did, and never heard back. I called to check on the next day, very unprofessional customer services said the yard general manager will reach you out. When I asked for a time estimate, as I can't go back home and I need to go back to work, they were very unprofessional. They said they don't have a time frame, so I could be stuck where I am for days or weeks. Throughout the process, my calls sometimes will be put on hold for almost an hour and I end the call to call back again. Multiple times they say they will call me back, but it never happens. When I call the main line to escalate, they say we don't deal with units so you have to call the yard. Now I am stuck waiting for one person call whom I can't go past. In summary, I won't recommend it as it is an untrustworthy business with unprofessional customer service. Worst auction ever. Once they get the money, you receive the worst customer service.

Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk was rude and uncomfortably aggressive. She showed no care for her job. I was ready to walk out, and the guy before us as we were walking in said he was walking out because of her.

Don’t ever go here you will not be pleased so my car was sent here from my insurance company. I had paper work inside my vehicle that I was told to put in there which contained my title and all other important information. When I went to go pick up my vehicle none of my important paperwork was in the car. The manager lied and said he had no evidence of my paper work being taken but he was the once who took all my other paper work that I had inside my car but no title no bill of sale paper work!! Hmmmm sounds pretty fishy right ? Yup the manager here chad whitening took all of it and claimed he didn’t! But I know he did me and my boyfriend caught him in his lie twice.. but I don’t think this place should still be operating for business if anything they need to be shut down way too many bad reviews and now they are stealing and lying it’s ridiculous do not go here!!

Awful experience at this location. My husband totaled his car and the insurance company towed it to this lot to be evaluated. We drove 2 hours to get his belongings out of the car, and when we arrived they said they would bring the car up to us. We waited in our car for almost an hour before going back inside and seeing what the hold up was. They told us the guy “forgot” and would be right with us. The workers inside were extremely rude and unprofessional. If you have to use this location plan this to be an all day affair.

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED to use this location with MOST STUPID RULES AND RUDE PEOPLE. If you get there you will waste your time just because of NOT PROFESSIONAL WORKERS. COPART ITS A GARBAGE _ in all meanings .

Make sure you schedule a transporter appointment to pick up! This branch required downloading an additional transporter app to schedule the pick up. Well I arrived at 10am but was not able to schedule an appointment until 2pm, they say the "regulars" fill them up early. Finally I was loaded at 2:39, my entire day wasted waiting here since I had a 2 hour drive home. No where in the auction emails did they notify me of this change. The staff said soon it will also be nationwide. What's worse is I was not the only poor SOB that was not informed and a few other transporters were left waiting all day as well. Extremely poor communication on Coparts behalf. Luckily the staff were nice and helpful and that's the only reason I didn't give this branch 1 star.

My husband and I used this company to junk our old car and I had to go pick up our license plate at this location. The lady that helped me was extremely rude. I didn’t think to get her name but she was nasty to me from the second I walked in. Not to mention we had so many issues with having to get our car picked up in the first place. They didn’t show up the first day they were scheduled and almost didn’t show up the second day they were scheduled until my husband called and argued with someone for 30 minutes. Will not be working with this company in the future.

Nice people, regular auction experience 3rd car I bought from Copart and other then the fees going up can’t complain. If you’re not goin to look at the car in person and are willing to buy it just by looking at pictures online don’t complain it’s not in perfect condition .

I crashed my car outside of Philly and I'm from Maryland - which is a nightmare. I had it transferred to Copart and they could not have been MORE helpful!! Kristi McMillan the CSR took care of my every need and answered all of my questions. On top of that, she and they offered speedy service. Thanks Copart!
