I'm a Farmers Insurance Agent in TX. My client was in that area 07/2020 to attend a family reunion...when a deer ran in front of their rented SUV. Their pictures showed grill, drivers front and front fender were 'a mess'. Nothing leaking. I called Tom and asked if the clients could come by to help them get the drivers door to open. He said 'sure...I'll do my best'. Clients went to his shop...Tom used his skills and experience to make the door open and close...SAVED THEIR VACATION!! Who would not want to do business with a man like that???!!! Awesome Guy!!
