There is a big issue with your general manager David of the roaring spring area where your employees had personal dogs in the store and was more interested in their animal than selling parts. When David was contacted he hung up and refused to answer the phone after. Do yourself a favor and go down by giant eagle to the new auto zone. It's brand new and the people are really friendly
Stopped in for a new hatch window wiper. Service person had difficulty installing wiper and asked assistant for help. He told her to tell me they don't install them any longer. So I asked for my money back. His reply..." No, wait wait, I'll install it. Never do business,there again.
Customer service sucks 5 with store uniforms on, 3 outside smoking one that sells wrong parts and one wondering around doing nuttin but wondering around 3ed In Line out of 5 Customers. The correct Part was to be delivered next morning never showed up wouldnt refund account had to take a gift card that will be gifted cuz I will not return, thankfully we got auto zone opening soon.
Poor service advised free installation but nobody there to do it had to come back later. When I returned the lady that waited on me before saw me then disappeared and the young guy working the counter was yo busy to help me because some of his friends were in there so he was talking with them
Sales clerk could barely move, then another sales clerk shows up with wife or girlfriend, she sets down behind counter, and puts fake nails on, while her better half is speaking to friend on phone. Only one older gentleman actually doing any work! Go figure!
The Roaring spring store needs some new employees or managers. When you call over no one will answer the phones. When you go over no one wants to help you or acts like they wanna be there. Employees swearing behind the counter. This use to be where I went to get parts from on a regular basis but now I'll go to napa
Great customer service. More than 90% of the time they have what I need. This is the place I go for all my auto parts if I can't wait for online orders.
I purchased a set of calipers for my vehicle. I returned home to install them and find out one is a core that someone else has turned in previously. I call them to info them about the mistake and I was told that they had another in stock to come get it and I’d be compensated for the mix up. It was late in the day so I waited until the following day. When I returned they gave me the new one but acted as if I was never told about being compensated. So an extra day without a car and extra trip to the store is all on the patron for their mistake. Autozone is my new number 1!!! I’m not on Advanced time clock.
Nick is a hero and the epitome of a great guy. He really knows his cars and saved our trip! Advance Auto Parts needs more people like him. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and honest. I cannot say enough about him as he went out of his way to help us.
A few nights ago I had an issue with my battery terminals, I wasnt getting a full charge to my battery.
I stopped in and Nick sold me the parts I needed and I went back home to fix it.
I realized I didnt have the proper tools and went back to the store. They let me use their tools and Nick even came out to help me. It was so nice to have someone who was thoughtful enough to go the "extra mile". Car is running great now, Thanks!
Not enough workers.. and the one of the workers don't know how to get you the parts for your car.. Today they gave me the wrong air filter. This wasn't the first they did this to me... I think I'm gonna go somewhere else next time.
I would like to commend their employee Kenny for fixing me up with the perfect radiator hose clamp for my repair project! I had to replace a thermostat and after doing that I had trouble getting the spring clamp back on. I went to Advance to see if they had a better clamp and the guy there gave me a couple which was just not big enough. Kenny found another set that was way too big but after some searching found a type that was just perfect for the job. And I got money back too! Much thsnkd for your help, Kenny!
This store does not always stay open till 9 pm like the other locations. They often close at 8 even tho they're listed online as being open till 9. I just came by at 8:45 needing something and it was dark but I tried the door and it was still unlocked and they were still serving customers in a dark store, trying to make it look like they were closed so they could leave. Frequently out of stock on common items. I often drive to Huntingdon or Altoona for better service. Advance Auto Parts in general is a great company but the Roaring Spring location needs new management.
Always have what I need and are always willing to help ... Specifically at this store a wonderful blonde from new jersey... She's always so awesome to me and my son... Makes the pain of having to fix the car a little better!!!!
