Great auto body shop! I called Dale after my first accident not knowing what I was doing and he was so kind and patient with me on the phone. He kept me updated through the process and returned my car good as new! I definitely recommend!!
I called this body shop on the Tuesday before New Years. No one answered the phone so I left a message thinking I would get a call back the same day. I live on Main Street in town and someone hit my left view door mirror. I needed an estimate. This estimate would not have taken more than 5 or 10 minutes to do. He finally called me Thursday morning. He said he could do the estimate that afternoon. I told him that I had an appointment that afternoon and asked if he could do it Friday, anytime Friday. No because he had a doctors appointment Friday morning. Then I had to hear that he had an ambulance to paint and his other things he had to do and then he could not do the estimate Friday. Remember this estimate would not take more than 5 or 10 minutes to do. I asked if he could do it Saturday. Oh no, he doesn’t work on a Saturday unless he has to. It is now almost 2 weeks since I called him and I have heard nothing from him. It all boils down to the fact that this was something he wasn’t going to make a lot of money on this job so he didn’t want to be bothered. I thought I would give a local business my business. BOY DID I PICK THE WRONG BUSINESS. I went somewhere else to a body shop that took less than 10 minutes to do the estimate and didn’t think this work was beneath them. Be careful if you go there and he doesn’t think your car is important. This not the way to do business and when I need a body shop in the future for much more work, I won’t be giving this shop my business.
They did a great job with my car as well as they just got done with my service truck side panels He ended up fixing my door latch on the sliding door and it works perfectly now. It use too just close from the inside handle

Thank you for returning my call. I have a serious issue with repairs needed to pass the PA inspection and was seeking help. When I explained my concerns, he acknowledged how important my concerns were and regretfully had no openings. He shared some very needed information, more then what was currently explained to me by my local garage mechanic at "Roth's Garage" in Womelsdorf, who referred me to "D&R Autobody", also in Womelsdorf. The next step, D&R referred me to contact Bruce at "Rhino Linings" in Cleona. How amazing these companies are connected, it shows incredible support! If anyone one need any services from local town auto maintenance, auto body repairs, rust repair, truck lining. Please don't hesitate to contact theses services. You cannot beat their professionalism!
I will say this place is 10 star. They did great paint job to paint the hood and Seminole around on my older 1996 Petebilt 379. I can say they did factory work. The owner is super nice and their price is very reasonable. I will definitely go back to this place.
