What a rip off. This practice will not even call you back when you leave a detailed message with their 800 number. I spoke with a real human and they assured me I would get a callback. Bullshit. Went in to the office to complain that nerve pain in my leg was worsening daily. They scheduled a Epidural steroid shot for 30 days after reading my MRI. I still have over a week to wait for that appt. Called to request something for the nerve pain. They do not prescribe even non-narcotic medications over the phone. So you need to make an in person appt. so they can get another 80 dollar copay. What a racket. Sorry that the lady at the front desk felt the wrath of my anger at the time, but she must already know that this is their MO.
If you want decent care in a reasonable time frame "Do not use Releivus. They absolutely do not put the patient first. Just the Copays.
Dr. Salvage is amazing. I have been a patient for more than 10 years and he has always been able to relieve my discomfort. I highly recommend him. He is kind and compassionate to his patients. He goes above and beyond.
He recently provided a bilateral steroid shot into my lumbar spine. Unfortunately, I was not informed how painful the shot would be so I did not get anesthesia. He was less than sympathetic, and gave me very little warning as to when the shots were going to go in. I had a very poor experience with him, and while he may be good at what he does, his personality lacks, the compassion you want in a doctor . I will definitely be seeing someone else the next time.
He has been very helpful with me every time I have had to see him, I was in last week and the time before that was 7 years, I have no complaints with him at all!
Dr. Salvage has been my pain specialist since 2017. I have nothing but high praise for the care he has given me. Wonderful to work with!!! Extremely grateful for the work he has done with/ on me!
Dr. Salvage is awesome. He has keep me going for many years . Many back issues,knee shoulder. Right call on needing a hip replacement,He has always made the right call.
He even got me to the neuro surgeon to save the use of my thumb after I cut the tendon. Very kind and caring. Thank you from the from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Salvage was able read MRI results showing a mass and immediately directed me to a neurosurgeon. He even called the surgeon while I was in the office. His effort, thoroughness, and knowledge allowed me to have surgery that led to identifying and subsequent treatment of a rare spinal cancer. Since, Dr. Salvage has helped me manage symptoms that have led to better pain control and a better quality of life. Dr. Salvage is extremely knowledgeable in not only pain management, but was also able to give me good advise regarding other health issues I was experiencing. He was very thorough and took a great deal of time to discuss my pain management options with me.
I highly recommend Dr. Salvage. He is kind, caring, and thorough. He not only resolved my pain issue but sent me to a urologist when he noticed a small spot on my kidney on the MRI. If he had not seen it, we would not have known it was there until it was too late. It was removed as a Stage 1 cancer, and I am cancer free. His eagle eye saved my life and I owe him a debt of gratitude.

Not only did he help manage my pain, but he found a heart murmur my primary care doctors never noticed. When I could not get an appointment with my primary doctor he stepped in and helped me find a specialist to help me.
I would refer any family or friends to him it pain management was needed.
