Have had a conflicting experience.. I had stellar service on getting help on part identification and quote response time was very quick and responsive. So we setup an account , issued a purchase order for the parts . We even went through their process on credit card authorization forms... etc to pay for our parts up front. I have been asking them to provide me with an ETA of my order for over a week and I can't get ANYONE THERE to provide this information on my order. We have emailed them asking for this to no avail.
We are a business with a body shop that prides itself on great customer service. I am unable to provide my customer with the type of service they are accustomed to without this information. It's very frustrating. Service after the sale and customer communication is critical in our business. I am disappointed in the service and communication we have received once this company got their money.
Hopefully this review will heighten their awareness a bit..
Been going back and forth with this supplier for months with no resolve. A Morgan body was installed on a new truck I purchased from Empire Ford of Huntington NY. About a year into the new purchase I started having issues with the dump body. Rear door would not close fully using lower latches and the body is cracked in 2 spots Looking into it more the body is twisting. A rep from the body company came to where the vehicle is and took a bunch of photos and agreed that there was an issue. Also have multiple texts between the rep that said it would get addressed. There was communication for about 3 months as I was trying to be patient.last communication was on 9/30/25 by a text from me with no response. Radio silence. When looking into a truck body if you’re considering Morgan I would rethink it. Don’t stand behind their product!!!
Biggest mistake of my life thinking picking this load would be a good idea. This place is extremely low. I was here at noon. It is now 2 o’clock and nobody’s touched me here. I’m the second one here the first guy is long gone, and now there is a line of trucks behind me. If you can stay away from here stay away from here only grab this load in emergencies.
I can't write a lower review. They don't deserve a single star. We own or have owned at least 100 of their van bodies that we have either bought before we lost our local parts source or inherited from other companies. We've also owned many, many other different brand van bodies. I'm the guy that oversees all repairs/parts orders, and by far they are the worst company I have to deal with. Sure, their product looks ok, but that's it. If it's not the door or its hinges, it's the steel/plastic/aluminum lock rod assembly, and if it's not that, it's the walking ramp holders or door seals. And then, to top all that terrible engineering off (you should never mix cast alum and extrude alum, much less with steel and no grease barrier), you now have to deal with their parts department. And THEY SUCK. first order after they brought it all back in-house, and they messed it up 4 times, adding 5 weeks of downtime with no apology or compensation. And now the online catalog doesn't list all the parts, so you still have to call in only to be greeted by people who either don't want to do their job, fail to do it correctly, or simply don't know any better than the guy working on it. For example, they can't tell me if the door seal is sold by the foot or by the section specific to my serial number. They can't get an accurate parts quantity on small parts like roll pins, bushings, or bolts. Much less sell them to me even as they are listed. Years ago I made my choice to never buy another van body from Morgan again. Whenever a Morgan is sold off of my fleet, I smile knowing something far better is replacing it.
Slow. One flatbed in front of me and one in loading area when I came here. 3 hours of waiting and I’m just first in line, probably 3 more hours will be here
I Agree in most of bad review, they not even let us use the restroom, but today I got there after hours due to the traffic, and everybody about to check out, and couple of guys told me to come back the next day, and this young guy inmiedatly asked me for my BOL and unloaded me, and If you are a truck driver u know it means a lot. I don't know the guys name but wanted to highlight him. Thanks you.
Have to say my experience has been terrible, they are crazy unorganized and slower than neutered turtles. One flat bed in front of me it's take. Over two hours to load him, another hour and not started on me. Detention time doesn't compare to driving time and that's if you get detention at all
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a truck box in March of 2021, had it installed, everything went great. Ordered a exact 2nd box to match in May 2021, and a 3rd exact match in July 2021, priced them off the quotes that we were emailed from our Morgan Rep. First box was $17600, 2nd box went to $21354, 3rd box went to $24389, after reviewing huge price increases with our customer, we still placed orders. Then we received an email saying that pricing was going up again on 2nd and 3rd boxes that were already ordered and purchase orders already sent. The pricing went to $24558!! For boxes that were already ordered, quoted, and purchase orders sent, to customers at original prices we were quoted. This company is an absolute joke, while everyone understands price increases during COVID, this is 100% price gouging!! From $17600 to $24558, that’s a 40% increase. We even called and all they would say was sorry, this was directly from headquarters
