After a white Knuckled Drive to Pennsylvania, in my RV, knowing that I was due for a tire blowout, I called every commercial truck mobile repair service in the Philadelphia area. None would come out to help me and most Repair shops were closed the next day. I headed home to Missouri and my tire blew out about an hour from Philadelphia on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The guys at Rob‘s spent hours figuring out where the Jack was on the RV and accessing the spare tire lowering device. I was unable to drive to the shop where they checked all of the other tires and fluids to make sure that I could make it home to Missouri safely. What they charged was extremely reasonable. These guys are lifesavers. If you were ever driving an RV through on the turnpike in Pennsylvania, you can feel like you’re in safe hands with Rob’s. They even let my three pups hang out in the lobby while we waited!
Two flats, on the turnpike, 4 hours from home… a true nightmare! Chuck quite literally came to my rescue. He went above and beyond a tow, ensuring that my situation would not be taken advantage of at the tire center.

My daughter spun out and crashed on the turnpike, and the driver who responded was an absolute sweetheart. I can’t remember his name, but he arrived quickly, made her feel safe, and even made her laugh to ease her stress. We’re so grateful for his kindness and professionalism during a scary situation.
This was my first time at Rob’s and will definitely not be my last. They went above and beyond on the work performed on my car and their customer service was outstanding. Pricing was also great.
Okay, where do I begin? Came from New York to bring my 88-year-old dad to an eye doctor appointment. On the way back to his house his truck started to smoke and turned out. It was a transmission line that failed. I was on the side of the highway with a handicap father. Like I said, I am from New York and have no connections or family in Pennsylvania. I proceeded to call a shop that was around the corner from my dad’s house. Said he couldn’t even look at my car till next week. I called Rob’s Towing and they couldn’t seem to do enough for me. There was no way my handicap dad to get into a tow truck and I had no other way to get back to his house. They proceeded to send a small four-door pickup truck plus the tow truck to tow my vehicle. They got the vehicle back to the shop and knowing I’m from New York could’ve taken advantage of me which they did not.To my surprise.The proceeded with care and explained everything that they were doing to my truck. The truck turned out to work perfectly, and they even washed my truck because there was transmission fluid all over it. No doubt if I did live here, this would be the only place that I would take my vehicle. Thanks to all the guys that showed the patients and care to take care of my vehicle for me to get back home to me. Thank you!!
GO HERE! I promise you that you wont go anywhere else once you go there. You will continue to use them and you will be impressed. They are HONEST, customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, they are FAST, and the work completed was DONE RIGHT.
I was really impressed with the service we received especially for the price point. Everyone was kind and professional the washed my car when they were done with the oil change and the waiting room was really clean and nice. It exceeded my expectations in every way.
on our way to the beach, our battery died. we thought we’d have to head home. triple AAA quoted $350+ and a 2 hour wait time. We called Rob’s and not only did they jump our battery.. They replaced it, checked the alternator, and WASHED OUR VEHICLE in less than an hour. best service around!!!
Rob’s Auto is awesome! Driving home to Wisconsin from Philly, our car wouldn’t start. Called them, they were out quickly to tow us to the shop, took a look, figured out the problem, got the parts in, and had us back on the road within a few hours. Reasonably priced and great customer service! Thank you!
These guys are fantastic they worked hard to get my truck fixed the same day. We also had my Daughters jeep calipers lock up a week later they did the needed repairs oil changed and inspection at a reasonable

Went in for a state inspection and had the best experience I’ve had in years at shops. The customer service was amazing!
To put into perspective how nice they are here I had a tire mark on my fender from a car that hit us a year ago. They buffed it out no charge while inspecting it. Then gave a car wash.
It’s nice to have people who take pride in their community and work at a shop you take your car to. I will be recommending this place to family and friends!
