I recently emailed the Exeter store with a detailed list of items I wanted installed on my truck. After waiting a full week without any response, I called the store and ultimately stopped in person to follow up.
I was greeted by an employee named Kevin, who was able to locate a proposal for the work. The pricing and scope were completely acceptable, and I was prepared to move forward immediately.
Unfortunately, Kevin declined to discuss the proposal, stating that he was not the person who originally received the email. Throughout the interaction, I was treated as more of an inconvenience than a valued customer.
This was particularly disappointing given that I have had extensive work done on multiple trucks and Jeeps at this location over the years. That long standing relationship ended with this visit. Basic customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism were lacking, and as a result, this location has permanently lost my business.
The prior workers before it switched hands in 2025.They were a lot nicer and they accommodated their customers i see a difference and I don't like it and they fired Mike.I finally found the mechanic.After all these years, I found somebody I could trust, and they fired him now.I have to go somewhere else.
First class facility! Great staff and manager! They installed an AWE track exhaust for me. On time and professional, courteous staff. Highly recommend them.
Tim Walsh (Manager) from A&A Auto was at the 2025 Corvettes at Carlisle event with their booth, selling AWE exhausts. They had a well-staffed booth and brought several demo Corvettes, each equipped with the different exhausts, e.g. Touring, Track and SwitchPath, each designed for a specific sound and performance. So, I was able to hear each one in person and ask questions.
I bought the AWE Touring exhaust, and they had a Carlisle event special offering free installation. They scheduled my appointment and I had it installed at their shop. Their very courteous, timely, and professional installers had the job done in a little over 2 hours while I waited and the sound and appearance was amazing. I had a smile on my face all the way home.
I would most definitely recommend these folks for sales and service. Honest decent people who give you what they promise at a fair price with excellent service. Their auto parts store had everything you could imagine, and more.

Team is passionate about what they do and very dependable. I had my truck in and out of the dealer for banging noise, never to be repaired. I took it to A&A where they identified the problem in 1 visit. Simple fix once found, literally just bolt not tightened. Not only corrected to the issue but also instilled love for my truck again!! Appreciate them so much the following week I scheduled new tires, oil change and other work. My family vehicles will be going here going forward. Thank you for your professionalism and work!!
Rude to customers. Does not care about helping those in store. Customers on phone get better service. Ill never go in one of thier stores again. Be warned ignorent people work here. No wonder thier going out of bizz. ??
A & A Exeter is a great place to buy whatever you need for your vehicle! And their service department is top notch. I always take my car there for tires, brakes, oil changes and anything else I need done.
On nine fifteen twenty twenty four I went into the store in exeter. I was there to purchase several flood lights for my brand new twenty twenty four jeep wrangler. While there I noticed none of the floodlights had any pricings on them, this Appeared that most items didn't have pricing on them. I went to the service desk and asked, how was I supposed to know what something Cost and was advised by the clerk, I needed to bring the item up and he would scan it. I don't work for the store _ood_ and I'm not going to have to bring an item app every time. I want to know the price I left the store _ood_. I won't be back.
Got new tires put on today. When I went to pick up my jeep there was a terrible rain storm. Adam brought my jeep right to the door for me. Very nice gentleman.
I've been shopping here since I was a kid. They always had what I needed and would give me advice on changing the part. That stop has been there for like 50 years. it's a big part of our community.
Great service! John got me in for a check on a noise in my right front. They road tested it and also put it on a lift abd used a scope to listen for any noise. Brandon even checked all the tires for any problems. John called me and explained everything they did. What a great team! 5 stars!!!

This whole group that works here, is just amazing very friendly and helpful. I wanted to say especially thanks to Kevin who was always helpful and today went above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me get my radiator cap loose.
Completely disappointed, A&A especially this location used to be my favorite place to shop! I enjoy patronizing local businesses to keep the economy going, but today 5-23-20 was very disappointed when upon entering the store was thrown right outside because I can not wear a mask due to Pre-existing health issues, there is nothing I can do about this, the pa.gov website states you must wear a mask unless you have health issues that prevent you from wearing one. I do tell people politely and apologize for the inconvenience I myself do not want to get sick, but as a combat veteran, just trying to survive, I desperately needed parts for my girlfriends car. The same car that has her and the kids in it. After today getting yelled at to leave I WILL NEVER shop at any of your locations again. So A&A thank you because I went to two other parts stores locally, that were actually very understanding and also rockauto.com and spent $737.56 which I’m sure was a lot cheaper then what your stores usually charge!
I like going there because I walk in tell them what I need and they get it for me. So I'm not walking around the store looking like an idiot. Lol
Plus they always ask if you, if you want them to put it on your vehicle, like windshield wipers light bulbs etc... So they do it for you.
Charge me extra because they put in the wrong part will never go there again for service on vehicle two more properly critique what happened, took my Dodge in for O2 sensor change had my truck 5 days I called after 3 they told me they will call me when it's ready day 5 I called them and they told me it was already done two days ago thanks number one number two when I picked up the truck it did not run right I took it back they told me Dodge only likes Factory parts and not aftermarket so they have to change the O2 sensors again 3 days later when I went back to pick it up I was charged $210 for the labor and told I was responsible for that and since I was already a week without my truck I paid took my truck and vowed never to return for service work again but the Keystone Auto and Parts division always seems to have exactly what I need at a fair price very pleased with their performance
The Exeter shop is by far TOP NOTCH!!! The sales crew is spot on!!! Professional and strong working knowledge!!! Alway...ALWAYS go above and beyond. The shop mechanics ROCK!! I go regularly for maintenance , repairs, and parts. They went as far as to repair issues caused by another garage! I cant say enough about that group. Alway feel good going there. Never worried!
A@A is a great auto supply store, it's well stocked their prices are competive and always have great sales. The staff is very informative and friendly. Their hours of operation are great for the working person to stop by after work and get the items they need. I would rather buy from a local business then a big chain store.
Well I got my dodge ram dually alignment the alignment was good but a few weeks later I was installed a plow mount and I noticed my tyerod end was discolored and the boot was gone I want back and was told that bob will call me he never did so I stopped by and Bob was there he looked at the truck and told me that moog sometimes forgets to paint them when I asked about the boot I was told that thay all ways fall off thay told me that they can install one I just don't think I can let them work on my truck if they think the boot can just fall off
