They apparently close when they feel like it. Drove all the way there on a Saturday within business hours and its all closed up. Thanks for wasting my time.
Very friendly staff super easy process. However, it does not look like they are accepting scrap metal any longer. They instructed me that I could use the Aliquippa location, but that location is unfortunately very rude to their customers and said they wouldn’t accept my account. Don’t go to Crominet in Quip. Stay clear
I wouldn't bring multiple types of metals again luckily it wasn't busy when I was there it seemed like they were inconvenienced by me because i had to unload at different spots and explaining to the workers what all i had but i made sure i got paid and the price was good
The scales appeared to be honest. They were in clear view. The enter at ur own risk sign is very true. I felt like my tires were in jeopardy every step of the way. Which is the case with almost all scrapyards. The workers were there to guide and were pretty cool. But they don't carry pennies when it's time to pay. So if u seen the movie officespace a fraction of a cent adds up. But I will give 1 to 4 cents to a place where I can read the scale and my weight. The prices were respectable. I would say they are better than bobs salvage in butler. above average. But I got aluminum #2 for window clips that I have been paid #1 elsewhere. But if not for that and no pennies it would be a 3.5
The service was amazing, everyone is really nice and help you through the process, they move efficiently and all the staff member are very respectful, loved it here!
I'm a huge fan of this place! You have to be careful when driving around the scrap yard because there are plenty of loose things that could be caught up in your tires. The scale system is very easy to use and payment happens right after you've emptied your vehicle! The people here are very friendly and helpful in everybody wins!
By far the cleanest yard I've ever been too. Staff was really helpful in, not only unloading, but setting aside things that I didn't know they took separately.
Couldn't tell you how they compare price wise with other yards, but it gives me a sense of comfort knowing that I get the most for what I bring in, and never have to worry about a nail in my tire.
This place has gotten so used to buying from and low balling the local crackhead heroin addicts for scrap that this is how they treat everyone. Waited 20mins to get a price only to be insulted with an offer of HALF what the previous yard had offered. If you need a fix this is your place, if you would like to be treated rite AND get a fair price for your scrap I would go somewhere else.
If you are looking for a very knowledgeable and honest recycling facility, All Metals Recycling is the place to scrap! I always know what to expect when doing business with them.
Decent place now. Used to have some shiesty people in there throwing scales and such but that seems to have stopped. Only complaint now is they say they close at 4 which is an absolute lie. They close the doors at 3 sometime 3:30 so be there before 3pm or you most likely will drive up to a closed gate.
Bad business move on their end. Gave me .10 cents a lb for my 113 lbs of aluminum because of a couple nails and a hinge on an aluminum box. Maybe 3 lbs of steel out of all the aluminum flashing. I've done about 12-15 ton of steel with them in the last month alone. If I could give 0 stars that would be what I would give them
They are easy to deal with but there other location in Aliquippa is no good. I have video of them saying the where not unloading trucks but then a truck came in after me as I was backing out and the unloaded it. Jr Brown on face book if u want to see video
Took truckload of clean tin and black guy at yard 50 yards away, screamed at me and insisted was not clean. Had to prove every piece. Receipt is difficult to read. Had to go back to office to have it explained. Won't waste my time there again.
Everyone knows recycling is sketchy, but this place is pretty bad. I have removed equipment from 4 different locations in 3 states and was paid $200 at 3 of them. Contaminated stainless. This place paid $80. As tin. If you have a big load, go somewhere else. They should change their name to All Metals Paid As Tin.
Had number one copper have gave me number three prices and refused to change it. I have hundreds of pounds of this and will never bring my business back here again
I brought scrap there and they are paying half of what other yards pay out. So I loaded my metal back up and told them to have a good day, I stopped by the office and no one came to the window. I then called, I simply asked why and the woman on the phone jumped down my throat and instantly said "we aren't lying to anyone and if they want to bring metal here that's thier choice. It isn't my problem if they don't keep up on the price of metals" so honestly they are rude, and they rip people off. I would suggest that people go to another yard.
