Kenny and his wife were amazing. It was the first time that I didn't leave the tow place angry and feeling taken advantage of. So remember when you get towed it's not their fault they're just doing their job. They're very understanding people so give them a chance.
If you want to waste several days of your time because the guy reschedules on you, only telling you after you call him multiple times, and then in the end have him just ghost you, swing by this place. Dude’s clearly overwhelmed, incredibly disorganized/mismanaged, or enjoys wasting people’s time.
They towed the car by the police, gave the schedule to the police and didn't want to open to take the car away
and they told me to come back only after a day to charge the extra amount
Cops had Harvey’s tow our truck after an accident and charged over $1,400 dollars to go EXACTLY 1 mile and being there for a day and a half!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Didn’t even have the decency to look at me when I came to pay and pick up. They know what they’re doing to people. Such a shame.
Rip off. The cop did not let us use my own tow truck and the place charged over $1000 just to pick up the car a few miles away and release same day. Came up with all kinds of fees. I would give less stars if I could. County should check on this prices. Way to high. Crazy.
Both Briah and Kenny are amazing. They are super helpful when it comes to speaking about issues with your car (I know zero about cars) and their prices were more than fair. Any work that they can do, or any time I need tow assistance in the future, this is where I will be calling. There should be an option to leave more stars because they deserve it.
They are thieves in the literal sense. Every time one of my vehicles is towed by them something of value is missing. This has happened on multiple occasions. If you have the option to use a different service do it.
The only issue I have with this company is that there is not a 6th star to give them! I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services!!!
I was given a card over 2 weeks ago and told to call and they would tow my car. I've been calling for the past 2 weeks and just either get no answer or told to call back in an hour, or they'll call me back. I do and never get a response or a call back. If they didn't want to tow my car just say so don't waste my time.
Gotta say this place definitely saved me money by letting us pick up my son's car today instead of paying storage until Monday because cop was having a bad day and put a hold on my son's car for absolutely nothing. But this place definitely helped me out. Thank you guys
The folks at Harvey's are very helpful. This is the second time I have used them and have put their number on my phone permanently. I would recommend them highly.
The customer service here is outstanding. After towing my car, my bumper was accidentally damaged. Fred called me immediately to apologize and made sure that he took care of it right away. The manager, Briah, has been nothing less than stellar with keeping me updated on the status of my repairs. They have done everything to make sure that I was not inconvenienced. I highly recommend!
