Can you refund my transmission warranty money? This is my third time here, traveling an hour... They always say it's ready, and when I get there, it's not ready or the owner isn't there... The truck has been at the mechanic's for 3 months, it doesn't seem fair to me to come pick up the transmission, wasting my time and gas an hour away.… Call me with some answers.
wont stand by any of their warranty etc. first motor. got it home was locked took it right back to them. said they would give me another motor. pretty much got the original motor unlocked and gave it back to me. had a mechanic scope it . found pitting and rust where the ring was froze at. told me pretty much to screw off. in process of magistrate. they are ripoffs and wont stand by anything when they sold u a locked up motor
Still waiting on the phone call back sent them pictures of the engine the gave me and pretty much give me a run around everytime I call when they told me 90 day warranty would really like that phone call back Trenton.
Very unreliable when it comes to towing. Been back and fourth with them for weeks and they still keep giving me the run around. Didn’t show up the times they scheduled to be there and I’m only 8 miles from there business. Will not be dealing with them again.
I purchased an engine from them, was supposed to be clean with no issues. Once we went to pick the engine up we were told that the car was in a wreck and things were wrong with the engine. So I had to part out my old engine to Replace what was damaged as well as purchase new parts for it and was promised to be reimbursed for what was broken. Once the opd engine was taken back in, the junk yard would not return calls about my refund and when we would call they would tell us that they weren’t in and would return the call but never would. I highly would not recommend this place for poor customer service.
huge selection of everything and they have a 90 day warranty on everything that i have purchased. pretty knowledgeable staff if they don't have you're part they will find it for you
One off the last old school ago parts stores around he can actually help you with what you need and chances are if you are looking for something old he has it in the back
Nope won't give them my business at all. I asked them for a part and they said they would have to chase extra to for the to go pull it. 3 screws is what hold it on and they wanted $40 for junk when new retails and $25. They seem lazy and don't wanna work.
After about 3 weeks of going back and forth, Mike was able to get me a part I prepaid for before. Kinda frustrating situation but worked out in the end.
