They fixed up my wife’s SUV after someone backed into it. Work and communication were good, as well as their partnership with the Enterprise on the other side of the neighborhood. You can just pickup from the Enterprise and they’ll take it back for you whenever you’re ready to pickup your vehicle. The one area that I was left wanting in was the paint job they did. There are a few fairly large (bigger than grains of sugar/salt) contaminants under the paint job they did. They’re easy to see close up and definitely easy to feel. They did manage to match the depth of color and match the metallic flake, but their application wasn’t really the best. I’ll have to pay out of pocket to get it repainted as I can’t buff out something under the paint.

Well pleased with the repairs on my car. I was referred to Penn Auto by my main mechanic Harry. Someone rear ended my brand new car and the entire back of it was misaligned- Joel fixed it in about a week and it looks better than when I first purchased it! I also like how they keep you up to date via email about the progress of your repairs. I highly recommend!

My conversion van was hit in a hit and run accident. This was extremely stressful because we put a lot of work converting the van into a living space and Joel and his team took great care to fix the damage that was caused and bring the van back to a like new condition. Couldn't be happier!

This is a great family owned shop. Joel and Judy got my daughter’s car body damage (from sideswiping a column) assessed, scheduled and repaired quickly and the job done was phenomenal. Looks good as new. They are very accommodating. I highly recommend Penn Automotive!

This was my first time dealing with Penn automotive, hopefully my last time cause wrecking cars is getting tiresome. Nothing but top tier work. My car came out of the shop looking perfect actually better then I've seen it before. Not only was the repair spotless they even cleaned the inside and outside meticulously. God forbid I get into another wreck but if I do I'm going Penn auto. Appreciate the labor and professionalism.

I was very pleased with the service here. I spoke to the owner directly, and they even provided me with a rental car at a discount while my car is in the shop. They are easy to work with and kept me informed about every stage of my car's assessment and repair. They also offer a discount if you pay in cash.

I went to them in June for a repair, and they were friendly and fixed my car quickly. So, I decided to return for an inspection instead of going to my usual place…BIG MISTAKE! They told me I needed three new tires and had a coolant leak. Less than a week later, I realized they only gave me two new tires, and my coolant started leaking. When I called, the woman at the front desk said she couldn’t find me in the system for the inspection on August 8th and promised to call back—she never did. I ended up saving enough to get my car fixed at my regular shop. I paid $500 for this inspection, only to spend the same amount at another place to fix what they didn’t. Save your money!

I recently was is need of body repair for my low miles 2023 Honda Ridgeline. I had been sideswiped by a truck. It was a mess, Joel and his crew did an awesome job! They matched the paint perfectly. I swear I can't tell it was hit. And price was less than other bodyshops in the area. They are a State Farm preferred shop so the work has a lifetime warranty.

Above and beyond - the 'car guy' you always wanted. If you ever wanted an Uncle you could go to and ask car questions and get honest suggestions, well, this is your place. Ask for Joel. He has been working on my family's vehicles for literally decades.

Have used them 2x for separate incidents involving different vehicles. Work was done ahead of schedule, great quality, and they are awesome with communication. They handled all the communication w the insurance company of the car that hit me, and made the rental process a breeze. Penn Automotive made my experience great. I was out of a car for 3 weeks or so and they made sure to update me throughout the whole process. They were very kind and patient with all my questions. On top of that, the car looks great.

Someone hit my car, and I needed some serious body work done. Penn Automotive was one of the body shops recommended by State Farm, and I must say, they did an excellent job. My car looks good as new, and the staff there are really kind and accommodating. Highly recommend them!

Had an excellent experience here after I hit a deer with my 2018 Honda CR-V. I loved the email updates, they kept me apprised at every turn and didn't do anything without my approval. I didn't get a rental car but they were very willing to help me understand the rental process and to make it easy for me. They are honest, friendly, and hardworking people, and they even washed my car after they fixed it! 10/10 would recommend.

Joel took on my repair when nobody else would do so. His guys did a fantastic job on the repair and made the truck look brand new again! Don't hesitate to call and meet up with Joel. He will take great care of you and your vehicle and you will have a great experience at a very, very, reasonable cost!

If you want to be treated wwll and be taken care of, go to Penn Automotive and work with the owner, Joel. Great place! They made sure the parts were in before having me come in, so they didn't hold my car for any longer than needed. Joel was very kind and wanted to help on some things other than what I brought my car in for. He had never met me but talked to me and cared about me and my car as though I had been a long-time customer coming for help. After fixing my truck, he even cleaned up the after factory backup camera wires I installed so they wouldn't keep hanging down and causing me issues. He said he liked things done well and done right, so he made sure that was done and didn't even charge me for it!

I cannot say enough about Penn Automotive. Joel and his wife are simply nice. Joel's passion for automobiles is evident. He met me to discuss my issue WHEN THE SHOP WAS CLOSED. That's right. The owner met me to go over the process, how insurance companies work, how he gets parts...WHERE he gets parts, etc.,. My BMW was rear-ended and he told me what to expect. I was provided a decent loaner for 2 days, and then got a rental on day 3. My car was finished the day I got the rental. I couldn't believe it! My car was returned to me cleaned....inside and out...and perfect. I don't know how they did it. I'm going to bring my cherished 2002 Miata here for service. I'm going to always use this shop. You should too.

My car got into an accident and this place wasn't listed on the preferred mechanics but I didn't care. It is close and came reccomended from a family member. The customer service from the moment I called was phenomenal! They came and picked up the car after the battery was dead and communicated any issues frequently. They actually finished earlier than they thought and pickup was easy. These guys/gals/they are very professional and if I ever need their services I'll definitely be back.

My 2015 Lexus RX 350 needed collision repair. The Penn Automotive was recommended by my friend. The vehicle repair assessment was performed the next day as promised. Following the assessment, I was informed by the shop owner that the repair will take more time then usual due to replacement part extended delivery times across the country and will take 3-4 weeks. The repair took 3 weeks as promised, which was very satisfactory. The repair looks and feels good. All the panels are aligned and the new sheet metal color matches the rest of the car. Car drives as expected and overall experience was not stressful and I would say even as a pleasant . Great work guys , keep doing what are you doing !

I've now been to Penn twice for some fender benders and have been very happy with the work both times. The staff were friendly and helpful, the turn around times were great, and my cars both looked good as new when I got them back. You don't want to need their collision repair services, but I'm glad I have them when I do. They were also kind enough to do my inspection while they had my car.

As a mom of a young adult who is maintaining their first car, it’s been refreshing to see how she is treated with respect at Penn Auto and they don’t try to take advantage of her. Services are done right the first time and for a fair price. They explain things to her which helps her learn and if she ever moves away she will know if someone is trying to pull a fast one. From a car accident to inspection I highly recommend Joel and his staff.

Joel and his team were fantastic. I needed a window replaced, bodywork and a PA State Inspection.
