She came today and went threw all that snow to fill me up.
I'm old and wasn't even thinking about an oil refill.

I'm sorry to give a low rating. Another system has to be put in place for filling propane tanks at the small store. I and my family have been turned away mulriple times because there were not enough staff to accomodate. "Come back at 3", well, you come back at 3 and they tell you we still can't fill it because the 2nd person hasn't come in. So we are turned away again. These are times when we badly needed it and we were told to come back later or turned away. Please figure out a way to do better. Some staff will lock the door and fill you up, which I appreciate but probably isn't the besy way because other customers can't go in the store. Please look at some way to improve the system. I prefer to spend my money in my community.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. The woman who works mornings, Robin, should learn to have a better attitude and not talk about every single customer that walks in there. Maybe she needs a job that doesn't deal with customer service because she lacks ALL skills to deal with people on a daily basis. I've gone in multiple times and everytime she makes smart comments from what someone is wearing to what they're buying like it's any concern to her what others do. Her bad attitude being up front and center of your business is not a good look. I know I'm not the only one who has had an issue with her nasty behavior. She should not be in management. It may be time to reevaluate your employee and maybe start the new year fresh with someone younger who has a friendlier demeanor to be working in your company. I think it's time for retirement at her age.
A new driver for Glassmere delivered oil for us yesterday. He did an exceptional job . He backed down our 900' drive . His trainer told him to back in and that was mean. There is plenty of room to drive in. Could not tell he was even here . I gave him 5 stars but would have given 10 if I could. Glassmere has delivered here for over 30 years.
I’ve never had anything but good service from here but I don’t understand why i can’t ever get a cappuccino after 5 or 6 pm? Every time i stop for one they have the machine torn down and I’m told it’s closed for the night for cleaning purposes…I understand the machines have to be cleaned daily and i appreciate that, however, doing so 4 or 5 hours before closing time doesn’t make much sense …and like i said it happens almost every time I stop for one. Just thought i’d share this with the owner.
Just bought a pack of candy that expired in July 2023. It's August 2024. Why's that still on the shelf? This place is honestly disgusting, don't get me started on the hot food they serve.
New propane customer (January 2024). Glassmere customer service is top notch. They scheduled a service technician (Russell) to come to my home and conducted a leak test prior to my first fill. He was courteous, friendly, on time, and above all, knew what he was doing. First propane fill was a couple days later as scheduled. No issues and the price was 1/2 what I paid my old propane supplier. If I told you all the issues I had with my old supplier (overseas 'customer service', late with deliveries, price/gallon almost double all other providers with no justification, etc.), you would fall out of your chair. So refreshing to speak to local folks who care about what they do and their customers!
I was experiencing heating issues with the fuel gelling up the past cold days my furnace not running properly. I was pleasantly pleased with the office help in this issue she sent someone out right away the next day very experienced worker such a nice man knew his stuff and he had it up and running even after my furnace company HVAC failed me in helping great team members. Thanks again ?

The woman running this place is absolutely ridiculous. Totally driving away paying customers. I can't tell you how often myself and a lot of members of the community that I know get belittled by her. Most recently I had needed $9 in change after purchasing my drinks and snacks. I give her a 20 and she loses her mind about it. I needed $9 in change. Absolutely no way to run a business I've contacted ownership about her in the past they said she would be corrected and still is losing customers.
Their service rocks! Russ was so helpful. Just can't beat their service. Hard to find these days. We've been dealing with a frustrating situation with our old propane company. They wouldn't answer the phone. Glassmere picked right up... talked us through what we needed and had us a new tank in days! You can't go wrong with them.
Our salesman mike is awesome always going the extra mile, the ladies in the office always help, and our normal driver not sure what her name is (lady driver) is always on time, glassmere has been one of the best vendors we have.

Poor customer service. Ordered a tank fill up and they didn’t fill it up. Shorted me 110 gallons. The driver delivered 766 gallons when I had room for 876 the next price brake was at 800 gallons so to save the company $16. They lost a customer
Update. The company contacted me 2.5 months later to make it right. Well they didn't and just wanted to argue and fight with me!!!! Great customer service
So my husband bought 2 Lipton pure leaf teas there and my husband tasted the one and it was spoiled , he took it back to Glassmere a couple hours later, to ask them to exchange for one that wasn’t spoiled and they said no because he drank some of it! Seriously?! How would he know it was spoiled unless he tasted it. They treated him like he was lying. Really ?! Over a $2.00 tea, just replace it what are you loosing , a tea that maybe cost you .50$ ? Now because of this you lost us as customers and everyone else we tell. Bad customer service!!
Special thank you to Alicia and Russ for ALWAYS being so helpful with my mom and me. My mom has some special health needs. Every time I have called the office and spoken to Alicia, she has been kind, friendly, helpful, and understanding.
Russ has been so helpful with my mom, too, with helping with oil smells from a spill. He also installed a new tank for her last month and she is so happy and pleased with everything.
Also my mom had an issue another time with her oil tanks leaking and I called in a panic about the issue. A driver was sent out and he emptied some of the oil from her tank to prevent further spillage. I unfortunately do not remember his name, but he was helpful and attentive to all my mom's needs and I would like to thank him also!!
