We just moved from Indiana Ave the practices there are different than PA. Very kind, helpful and great explanation of what needed done with vehicle. WWould definitely recommend!

John and his team are simply the best. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. We also take all our fleet trucks and trailers there. Fast service, very transparent and honest. He always goes the extra mile to make sure you leave satisfied. Highly, highly recommend Miller Automotive.

I was traveling through and had an issue with my brakes. Although it was New Year, and they were closed, he open his shop and repaired them. They knew everything about it and fixed what the dealer couldn't. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable.

I had a bad sensor code and Johnny explained it could be one of two sensors so he replaced one and said if the light comes back on he will do the second one. Most shops would replace both sensors because they could charge more.
My car (125K miles) hasn’t run this well in years. Down side: they are busy and schedule a couple weeks ahead but it is totally worth planning ahead.
Excellent service! My son's car had bad brake issues and johnny took it in the same day we called. He found the problem and fixed it right way so he could use it for work the next day. Very fair price too. Been going here for years and great service as always!! Thank you,much appreciated!

I live in West York, PA. My first stop on my delivery route is in Myerstown. My truck broke down before I could get there.
It was nearing 5 PM on a Friday, and I was panicking. I called Advance, the store I deliver to, and they recommended Miller Automotive in Richland. I called, and not only were they quick to say yes, but they also called a towing company to get me there.
They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. He went out of his way to hunt down the parts I needed. The total cost was incredible too. They got me home! Thank you!
Johnny was nothing short of fantastic! He took my laundry list of repairs and completed them all in a timely manner. He was nothing but kind. So grateful for him and his shop. Will be going back in the future!

We took our Honda SUV into Miller’s for an inspection, and the owner Johnny discovered a broken strut that explained the trouble we had been having. I took my vehicles here for years. They always let me know ahead of time what is needed and very honest. (Some garages will change you alot of money for something that you don't even need.) I was told to go to Shirks years ago and so happy with there servicr
I took my 2003 Nissan Xterra in for an inspection. Somehow it miraculously passed without a serpentine belt. He sold me a battery I didn't need. Only replaced 1 break pad when it makes more sense to replace both or all of them at the same time. And he sold me a horn. Apparently that horn was more important than the belt because they are next to each other but he only replaced the one. Anyone considering this place should just go to the garage next to Speedway in Richland.
