I have never had a good experience there every single time I go there they make things way to complicated give me the run around. Multiple time Iv gone there and have given the the complete wrong part. Take the extra 10 minutes and drive to the one on Cumberland ST
I had a problem with my low brake fluid light coming on. Went to Autozone and purchased the brake fluid and they put it in for me! What a nice thing to do.
Lee and Paul were the best auto zone workers I have ever encountered they were so helpful made me feel like I was family they were helping. I never have complaints about this place they always so helpful and actually help thanks god for Lee and Paul and Autozone !
Went to the counter to get a battery Albert was very helpful and got me the battery I needed. Carlos helped install the battery very quickly and swiftly near closing time too. Great job guys you guys are life savers! You guys are great workers!
Half decent place to get parts but that is only if you are a ''do it yourselfer'' and don't have any other way of getting parts. They don't update their inventory in their online catalog as frequent as it should be. Several times parts showed in stock but turned out they didn't actually have them.

Awesome experience. Brian Fake was a great help to me when my battery needed to be replaced this morning. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and made a bad morning much brighter. I was surprised to find out he was not the manager; he definitely has the potential to be. I will be back at this location when I have a car need and will recommend them to family & friends because of Brian's great customer service.
Love going in when Sam is on shift! She knows what she is doing. Our daughter went in when we were out of town and Sam helped her diagnose her vehicle issues and get the correct parts to get her back on the road. She is very knowledgeable! Thanks Sam!!!
We were in a horrible situation on Labor Day. We were traveling with our cats and moving to SC when we had a tire/ trailer issue on the Interstate. Thank heavens they were open. I was shocked that they were. They were helpful and open when we needed them!

While traveling from Florida to Maine my truck batteries failed. John was very helpful and when I asked for permission to install them in the yard. John said, I will install them if you want. Awesome customer service. Good price and a military discount. Couldn’t have ask for better. John made a inconvenient problem to nothing but a small thing easily fixed.
A nice young gentleman help me right away. I needed help locating and determining it I needed oil in the car and washer fluid. My husband car check oil level light came on while I was traveling 270 miles to NYC. I didn't want to wait until I went back home and he take it to get the oil changed. He spent the money and I helped his car live another day lol. I wish I got the guys name so he knows it's him that helped me. Thank you again Sir.
Manager not to friendly. There were A couple of latino/spanish customer that didnt really speak english and needed a little more help and his face said it all not really helping them and even suggested them to go to the autozone located by wine and spirits since they had employees that speak spanish there...
Friendly service, helpful employees. They usually have what we're looking for and if not they can get it quickly. The prices are fair and the rewards are a nice perk. Returns are usually hassle free.
I've been shopping here for years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I stop in or call I've encountered great customer service. Would recommend definitely.
We stopped because a wheel bearing went bad on the trailer we was pulling, they wouldn't even try to help unless we had a part number, the bearing was gone so we had to take another tire off to try to get a part number, so we did and got it, after all that trouble, come to find out they had a whole bearing kit on the shelf so obviously they don't know enough about the store and the parts. Back at home the people that works in that Auto zone store can tell you where anything in the store is at and will go to extra lengths to go and try to find the parts you need even if you don't have a part number, it made me miss my hometown auto zone store in Savannah TN.
Came in for a battery tonight and Josh and Peter were very helpful! Not only did I get the right parts the first time, Peter selflessly installed the battery for me and went above and beyond his "job description" to make sure I had what I needed to get back on the road. Thanks guys!!!
