  Worst customer service ever. Went In wanting one product and a price quote. Stood at paint window for about 10min while 2 male employees watched us. When we finally asked if they could help us, he said here's the product not going over to paint side. Guess it was to much for him to walk the few feet??? Didn't get a price quote on paint either???? Literally the most lethargic, lazy staff ever. A total of 4 male employees, I'm the only customer and no one wanted to work. You lost business because staff wanted to sit and do nothing. Management clean house.

  Going to Napa makes my day! They can get me parts quicker (often in stock) and cheaper than the dealer. The best thing is their service. I pulled in the other day, When I got to the counter, they had the part I had ordered ready to go for me! If I could give them a 6 star I would!
