I've had 2 great experiences with RJ Sell's Body Shop. Both times unfortunately my car was hit in the front end. They are very friendly and the work has been great both times. They communicate with you and repaired my car on time. Would definitely go here again.
What a team! The guys at RJ Sells are rock stars. A deer smashed into my car, and they took over from there; within a week of the incident, my car looked better than ever. They were commutative and took the time to ensure the job was done right. I would recommend them and make sure this is the body shop my family uses for any issues in the future.

They responded quickly and reviewed the estimate from the insurance adjuster and found additional damage and helped us get the estimated revised. The work was completed in time and as expected.
Recently had my car fixed. Employees were extremely professional. Due to back ordered parts, I had my rental car longer than my allotted 30 days. I brought this to the owners attention, and Ron came up with an agreeable solution. This was much appreciated on my part. Not only did the body work look fantastic, but the paint was also matched perfectly! Should the need arise, I would not hesitate to use their services again. I highly recommend this shop.
My car went in for body work. Would not recommend this shop. Had to return 2 times after pick up due to incompent work. First when I picked up my vehicle they told me it was delayed because there was a problem with the paint not matching. This delayed me from getting my vehicle back a week. Then when I did pick it up on a Friday then only when I got to the shop and picked it up they told me I had an airbag light on. "To just take it home and drive it. If it doesn't clear call back on Monday." The air bag light needed to be recalibrated. So all weekend I drove not knowing if the system was safe and correct to drive. Monday I went back to the shop and they said they told me about the issue when I picked it up. They should of never returned the car to me with a light on. Eventually the owner admitted "in hindsight they should of waited until the light was recalibrated to give the vehicle back." So another rental I'm in because of their negligence. I drove my car upon pick up the next time and heard a clinking sound on the side of the repair when i made left turns. So back I went to the shop for now the third time! This time they found the inner liner was rubbing against the trans-axel boot when I was turning. Which in fact had I let it go longer could of damaged the plastic and wore through the boot. They fixed it at that time. All of these issues should of been addressed prior to me picking up my car when they should have checked over their work.
Five star service from the moment I called about estimate to the time I dropped off and picked up my vehicle. The counter person and manager are great people, who treat you with courtesy and respect. The work done to my car was perfectly fixed and I highly recommend this shop to anyone over all other franchise/dealer type establishments.
Very impressed with the work performed. After repairing the damage in my claim, they also improved other areas of the car not required, but which were related. In addition, they cleaned up my wheels which had some grime on them that I couldn't get off. Very pleased and will do business with again! To help save money, have a cashier's check or cash to avoid a credit card fee.
Top notch team treated with respect and well informed about repairs being done. They even opened the shop on a non business day so I could pick up my truck. Workmanship on body and repairs were top notch I really recommend this shop for your body work and repairs. Thank you very much to the team at RJ Sells Body Shop for a job very well done.
STAY AWAY Horrible , don’t call this place what so ever or have anyone contact them for towing or anything Trying to have us pay almost $1000 to get our kids and animals belongings out of the car that was in an accident yesterday . It would be understandable for a holding fee but not that much for only being 1 day . When obviously they are gonna make money off scraping the car and then they most likely will sell whatever is in the car . You know people are already struggling then get hit with a loss of a vehicle and then wanna put people down more . Can’t believe this . STAY AWAY
My Telluride was smashed in the front from hitting a poor deer. We took it to RJ Sell's Body Shop and I was amazed by how great it looked, you can't even tell it was in an accident. Paint was a perfect match and my Telluride look's Beautiful!! Definitely recommend. I give them 20 stars Thank you RJ's
Insurance sent me here to get vehicle estimated for repairs. Woman behind the counter is very rude over the phone and in person. I also had scheduled an appointment and arrived at that time exact just to be told it would be a 15 minute wait because he was on lunch. Very unprofessional to schedule an appointment and then be out on lunch.
I was referred to RJ Sells by insurance and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and customer service. Alan at the Lebanon shop really went out of his way for me. I will recommend this shop and if I need body work, I'll go there gain!
Yesterday I was in a bind with a heavy equipment trailer and needed help. RJ sell's was the closest shop with a big commercial wrecker Truck capable of doing the job. I had never needed such a big wrecker Truck before and was a bit worried. They were fast and professional and were reasonable on the price. I was glad I called them.
Needed a mirror painted. Had it back to me in just a few days. Finish is perfect. Staff was extremely friendly. Body shops are something you hope you never need but if I ever do again I will be a return customer guaranteed!
Do NOT use these people for ANYTHING. They are a scam and a rip off. I am turning this business into the State Attorney Generals Office. They took total advantage of my young son and then tried to scam over 500.00 CASH out of my husband when he went there to get our sons car. It was totally wrong and they should be shut down. They had a write up on this type of scam In the local newspaper and we all need to work on SHUTTING businesses like this down asap!!!!!!!!!
Furthermore, I am quite sure the two top reviews were from family or friends of these people because this place is not ethical.

Towed motorcycle 5 miles and “stored” it for 3 days to charge $850. An extra $50 every day longer they kept it. Rip off. They said “good rate for what other people charge” yeah right. You could pick it up and put it on a pickup truck for $25 and drive it to my house but that’s not “protocol”.
