I spoke with the owner, Gabe, and he immediately helped turn a stressful situation—my SUV’s transmission going out—into something much more manageable. Within an hour and a half, my SUV was on the back of the flatbed and headed to the shop.
Gabe was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took down all my info, explained how I could get reimbursed through my insurance, and gave me a more-than-fair price upfront—no hassle at all. The driver called when he was just a few minutes away to give me a heads-up and even sent photos showing my SUV parked safely at the transmission shop after drop-off.

On Saturday, my vehicle broke down on I-81 South, and I found myself stranded. I called several road service providers, but none of them were willing to assist. That’s when Gabriel answered his phone. He explained that while he didn’t have any service vehicles available, he was the owner and would come in his pickup truck to help. At the time, I thought I had simply run out of gas. However, when Gabriel arrived, it turned out I also needed a jump-start. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any jumper cables, so Gabriel kindly went back to his facility to get the cables and brought a tow truck just in case my car wouldn’t start. He refused to leave me and my elderly aunt stranded, even though he was doing all of this on his own time.
What Gabriel did was priceless—he genuinely cared about helping us, not just doing his job. When I asked how much I owed him for his extra effort, he told me I didn’t owe him anything—his only request was that I pay it forward.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company—1,000 percent. Gabriel and his colleague are true professionals and amazing human beings. Thank you, and may God bless you both! It’s rare to find good people out here .

I called CR to tow a vehicle and they had it to me within 1.5 hours. They towed a specialty vehicle for me that had a snow plow on it. They brought it to me when others would not! Very recommended!
The guys at CR towing are literally the best at what they do. I got stuck on an ice covered road (had to have been at least 2" of ice) in the middle of nowhere on a Sunday afternoon and was stranded for hours trying to get someone to help me. After calling literally every tow company I could get a number for, CR towing was the only company to answer the call and they came right away (other companies said they would come in a few hours and then ended up cancelling anyway). The lengths they went to to get me out of that pickle were extraordinary, not to mention they are some of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. They risked their own lives and equipment to save us. I am still in complete shock and awe of how they got my car out of that road. Without them, me and my family would've been in real danger with where we were. They quite literally saved our lives and I can't thank them enough! Gabriel and Hector are our heroes and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that they will be yours when you need them, so if you're looking for a tow company, stop looking because you find the best one in CR towing - I know because I called all of them!
