Locked keys inside car. The rates I received from other places including current ins policy were high. I got my key out quickly with Roberto’s for only 60 bucks. Polite friendly quick and affordable service.

My car starter died while at work in Lebanon. Called Roberto's towing and they came out within an hour mid day friday. We only went a few blocks to the shop I was getting it worked on but they had a $100 special running for picking up and delivering in Lebanon so was cheaper than I expected. The man and woman that came out to help were incredible nice and professional, wish I remembered names better. All together great experience at a great price, highly recommend you call these people when you need a tow

I’ve always used Roberto’s because they get to me when I need it urgently. Yesterday I called Roberto’s to come give me a tow and his estimated time of arrival was on point. I met Roberto myself and he’s a great guy and cares about his business and his customers.

I contacted Roberto to inquire if he provided flatbed service to transport an antique vehicle. He answered the phone promptly, confirmed a flatbed would be available, provided a very reasonable price and was able to fit me into his schedule for same day service. Roberto then called to advise he was on his way. When he arrived he was very friendly, personable, courteous and engaging.

Today my truck shutdown at a red light and I needed a tow fast. I called Roberto and he was literally there in seconds. They pushed my truck out out the way and then gave it a once over before hooking it up. Then they figured out my truck was out of gas and the gas gauge was broken, then they got me started up and on my way with a little gas! They most likely saved me from a ficticious bill from a dishonest mechanic. I highly recommend this towing company, best experience ever!
I called Roberto when my car wouldn't start in my garage. He promptly arrived in just 30 minutes, which was very impressive. Roberto offered me two options and explained them thoroughly. Ultimately, he jumped my car and got it running again. Another auto place had diagnosed it as my starter using their machine, but Roberto correctly identified the issue as my battery just by looking at my car. He suggested a different type of battery, and after I replaced it, my car is running great.
His service was excellent, and he took the time to educate me on some important aspects of car maintenance. Roberto is clearly very knowledgeable and provided top-notch service. I would highly recommend him — a definite 10 out of 10! I will certainly be using his service again in the future.

I called on a Saturday afternoon to schedule a pickup to get my Jeep towed to a shop, he answered the phone right away. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and made sure my needs and concerns were the most important thing.
He said he could schedule me in between other jobs if I wasn’t in a hurry, which was good for me.
The next day he called to come pick up my Jeep. He showed up quickly, made sure my Jeep was set up and hooked up properly for towing.
He was able to run my card right there and the price was good, less than what I thought that kind of tow would cost.
He dropped it off with the keys and called to inform me everything went good.
The next day the shop didn’t have anything negative to say about the drop off at all.
Highly recommend this great and local business in the area if you’re looking for a tow. I know if I’m in need again, I won’t hesitate to call them.
I gave em up a call and the dispatch said 30 minutes. 15 minutes later the driver shows up, was careful with my vehicle and was just an awesome guy to be around. I enjoyed the service they provided.
