Went in with alot of wires. Left with alot of cash. They give you a slip to scan at their atm on site and it gives you cash. First time scrapping anything like this, I was surprised how much I got. Glad I went there
Usually very fast and help with unloading, but I had a bad experience where I had to wait for almost 1.5 hours to drop off a 5-gal bucket of wire. Not impressed with that. Hence the 4 stars.

First off don't be rude to a first time calling customer, and second off if u hate your job then just leave! Dang lady answered I was asking if they'd pick up my camper and she was straight up "first off we don't pick up! And second off we don't take campers! :me - okay thank u sorry.. click. Seriously if u hate your job don't ruin there buisness, get another job.
Got there at 3:40 PM on a Friday which is 5 minutes before they're supposed to close only to have the big garage door slammed on me by some newer fat guy who yelled "were closed!!" The time before this that I went they tried giving me aluminum sheeting price for extruded aluminum. Not going here anymore!! CSR gave me my extruded aluminum price and (used to be called Brandywine) has been a treat to go to thus far.
Update- and since posting this review they have told me I'm not allowed to bring scrap there anymore at all because of my review of them.
I come here all the time. I do house clean outs. There was an old speed limit sign under a wood stove. So old the aluminum was turning to powder on the surface and they refused to take it. I also took in40 pounds of copper and one pound of brass and I told them about the two brass fittings. They dumped it all together and paid me for 41 pounds of brass. I should have had almost $200.00 with the copper and the Lebanon location robbed me. They did that because I complained about them not taking my aluminum sheet. I never had any problems with this place til today. But I will not stop bashing Royal Green til they pay me the difference of what is rightfully mine. I want copper price Royal Green for 40 pounds there was no more than One pound of yellow brass. I won't tolerate being ripped off
Difficult for first time people to find their way around. The guy doing sorting was having a bad day and yelled a lot.
If you plan to go, stop on the scales until someone tells you where to go. If they say, go to the left, it means go to the pile on the left and unload there. Then go on the scale again to see how much you unloaded. Then go into the office by the scale for cash for your trash.
If you already sorted out copper, aluminum, or steel, they'll take that in the building straight ahead.
These guys pay good prices,but they changed their hours and they are only open every other Saturday now. They need to update their hours to show this change.
They do not honor their posted hours and they refuse to take responsibility for them. We were treated disrespectfully very unnecessarily. We will not patronize this business.
They were very busy this morning when I was there, this is kinda unusual to have to wait in a line to drop scrap metal off. A short wait is typical. But even with the wait the service was was quality like usual.
Used to think this place was great until I dealt with the help this morning. Rude as all get out and telling me I’m wrong about how my many visits over the past 5 years were handled. Will be using CSR from now on.
Very friendly employees unlike most other scrap yards. They are honest and will not tare extra weight or try to cheat you out of your scrap. Competitive prices, clean facility, I will keep coming back. Oh... and they have free soda for customers, too.
