I called this gentleman Cuz I was in Dire Straits I needed the air compressor for my car not for the air conditioner just for the pulley so I could run my car. 100.00 he told me . I asked if that was a fair price he said absolutely. Since I bought that compressor I've been asking around cause ppl told me it was a Ridiculous price. A-Z told me 15.00. A place in Myerstown said 20.00 forgive me can't remember the name two strokes . (I could of bought 5 compressors for that 100.00.) I feel that (STEINERS)
TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE OF MY SITUATION LETTING ON HOW BAD I NEEDED MY CAR AND EVEN MORE THEN THAT THEY TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE OF MY HANDICAP. THEASE PEOPLE HAVE NO BUSINESS HAVING A BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

Took 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to find out that the wheels I ordered, are no longer in stock. They did not call me to inform me of this. Again, I had to call them. Be leery of ordering if not picking up from their location.
Have a good variety of used parts. Jeep transfer case I just put fresh fluid in and it's still running smooth and quiet for a while now, body parts are what they say and great shape, fair prices too. Highly recommend for used auto parts.
Amazing. I searched high and low all over central pa for a hub cap for a 2008 corola..m they had one. Great prices too. I got laughed at for looking saying better luck ordering online.... im like nope.. and im glad I waited out.
Called to order a used engine at 8am Monday morning and spoke to Jim. Working on a time crunch, asked Jim to rush the removal so I could pick up Tuesday, if possible. Was told they would see what they could do. Didn't hear back first half of the day Tuesday, decided to call and check at 1:30pm. Jim wasn't available (and noone knew about my engine request) so left my number with other guy for Jim to get back to me. Jim called back around 2:30 to tell me that they didn't actually have the engine I was promised, so oh well. He said he meant to call me back in the morning, but he didn't.
I feel someone should've alerted me to the lack of inventory by Monday midday latest. Jim sucks and I imagine this company isn't much better if they don't know what's in their inventory. Thanks for setting me back an extra 2 days. 1 star.
It's local but there willingness to help seems very passive and they seem to not have a decent selection. Id rather drive an hour away before chasing these people...in their defense, it might be the same person i speak to on the phone every time.

Got a transmission for an old Verizon van that was converted into a pool van transmission outlasted the van affordable with low mileage as well and they made sure that it was the right
I ordered parts from here twice. I drove down from another county (Berks) to get parts because Steiner's was reasonably priced compared to local junkyards in Berks. Customer service is straightforward and "professional enough".
They will get you what you need even if they have to find it in another state and retrieve it they will. Be cautious of them calling you back tho...call after them because if they say they will call you back...dont count on it
They got me an engine from another junkyard which ended up having a defect, it happens on used parts, they worked with me to get me another engine for the car I would highly recommend getting parts here!
Rude disrespectful business wouldn't sell me a part bcuz I didn't want another part they were over charging told me I wasted there time when they wasted mine rude unprofessional ownership and workers do not buy from this place

The people there are nice, but really disorganized. I needed a bumper and fender and it took more time than it should have. Stoping the sale halfway through to answer phone calls for over 15min. Very unpleasant and will probably not recommend.
Do yourself a favor and never go here!!! The owner I dealt with was down right rude and lied about the warranty. It's just a week after i bought a transmission and I tried to get a refund because their transmission failed and he refused to give me a refund even though I brought it right back to them with a receipt. He just didn't want to repay the $550. Unless you like being treated horribly and lied to, go elsewhere. By far the worst place I've been to!!!!!
We needed a new transmission. We were quote close to $3,000 and our car wasn't worth that price. This place did it for us for $1,000 and we have had a seamless experience with them! Amazing!
I had ordered a Windsheild for my 2004 Buick Century, and they had it ready for me right away. Also gave my a reference for some to put it in for me as well, they did a great job.
This is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I ordered a transmission on a Wednesday and was told it would ship out the next day. Called to confirm and transmission was still there. Called back Friday and was told transmission had shipped and was enroute. Asked for a tracking number and one could not be provided. Called trucking company following Tuesday and was told no transmission was picked up for my shop. Called Craig at Steiner's and was told transmission still there and someone had dropped the ball. I canceled the order and asked for a refund. After several calls, a call from my bank and another call from me, the refund was initiated. Took several more days to get refund. Craig has a hard time telling the truth and anything he says is to be questioned. If he says he going to call you back, don't believe it. He won't and he makes all kinds of excuses. Don't do business with this company. Save yourself the headache.
