I wish I got her name, I came in for basic things. Oil filter and a can of refrigerant. The refrigerant that said in stock online, but being a seasonal thing, it wasn't actually in stock. But the woman took the part number and searched thru inventory to find a substitute that would work for me. And that she did. Got a better product for cheaper. Super kind and caring. Such a simple thing but she provided the customer service I wish every business had. I had a bad experience 2 weeks ago with a younger employee that did not adequately perform his job, and a senior employee that was too busy on their cellphone to help him or correct him and I left with $80 worth of incorrect items. But today, as simple as it was, she provided amazing and perfect customer service. Im there frequently so I will try to get her name and update. In the mean time, thank you Ms. You're kindness and care was the boost I needed to get the job done today after a hard day's work.
Was in dealing with a warranty part , they looked it up exchanged the part with no issues or questions , made sure we had everything in hand to complete the job on the vehicle, keep up the great customer service
I was in 6 times this week for parts for my Elantra Nate Dogg and Julia helped me each time Nate was very knowledgeable and even delivered parts. Julia was kind and helpful. Will return again

Worse experience ever called for parts had some one go pick them up said I told him a different year of my truck like I told him it was 10 years older then it was like I’m stupid and he didn’t confirm the year if he didn’t hear me correctly I spoke really really slow so they would understand me I will stick to A&S AUTO NEVER A PROBLEM WITH ART & Sharon
My car wouldn't start this morning called here for a starter they had to order it had it the same day within a hour I had no way to get to Montrose to get the starter from Susquehanna and the man said he would have it delivered for me no extra cost thank you so so much for the amazing customer service your the best
Terrible customer service. I went to order some material I needed and a man with long hair practically voted my order. I do not recommend them... I do not know why such a despicable person can serve customers... Every time we have gone they have served us in the worst way out of necessity, but I will never buy here again.... I do not recommend it, terrible, terrible service...
I've been to AutoZone twice and both times have had exemplary service. The one time they even came out to the car and got my credit card and got the product for me. Very nice. Very knowledgeable. Very professional and very friendly and helpful. I recommend them. Thank you
