I love advanced but first time at this location the guy made me feel like I was stupid. then returning a day later there was 2 different people there, they were nice!! hire more people like them no one wants to feel stupid just cause they don't know and need help.
My husband waited in the store for 15 minutes and the only employee in there was on the phone the whole time. He finally put down what he wanted and left. They should at least have two employees in the store at any time.

With the belt and tension pulley had it waiting for us we broke down had to get towed to the store so my husband can fix it. Coming from Glassdoor NJ going to Upstate NY. Tyler’s the man! Outstanding customer service skills and quick thinking! Called in prior to going inside the store to check if they had what I needed. A nice gentleman by the name of Matt answered, he seemed busy so I was out on hold, shortly after we reconnected and he realized another Employee was not occupied so I got transferred over! Very speedy transition and it was a very easy process. Tyler, another employee was eager to help me find what I needed. Within no time I was told what I wanted was in stock! Once I got to the facility I was greeted by Tyler, a very welcoming human, even managed to hook me up with a deal they had going on! Was slightly more pricey but I also got an higher quality and instant satisfaction purchase, so overall a wonderful, easy, and friendly process. No complaints and would highly recommend.
