Benjamin is a very good employee with great service, today he dug elbow deep in a garbage can because I had dropped my dime inside and did not what to get it myself, very good customer service!
Andy was awesome he exchanged my 10 pennies for a dime Anthony was excellent also he dug through 3 trash cans elbow deep to find my receipt I rate five stars for the service my name is Justin
This experience took place earlier in the year, and I was so well taken care of that I wanted to make a point to leave a review as Deshaun and Andy are complete assets to your team and deserve recognition.
I had brake caliper failure and had coasted into this parking lot and due to the attention and care of the staff mentioned I was able to DRIVE out of there.
While the first employee (Name not relevant) I dealt with was too focused on his lunch hour starting to even give me more than a one word answer, Deshaun had noticed this and intervened. After about an hour or so of scrambling and researching to find a particular bolt that I had lost on the road, I was able to fix my car and get home.

SHOUTOUT TO NEAL! I called in about some front & rear rotors for my car. He looked around and got me a great deal at another advanced auto store where was able to get my rear rotors half price! I'm someone who gets very nervous about car stuff. When my battery showed signs that it was dying, I called this location and spoke with Ben. He quickly looked up my replacement battery information and when I arrived, he helped me right away. He assessed my car, figured out which size battery works best, and helped me get all the pieces I needed. My car battery was a little deeper under the hood than he was used to, but he completed the installation seamlessly (in the freezing cold and for free) and set me up for success. I am grateful Ben was there to help me with something that is hard for me, and I immediately texted friends to come to this location when they need help with a car battery. Go Ben!!
Never has the parts I need. My cars are only a few years old but they are always out of either the brakes or the rotors I need. Or the battery for my car... I always end up having to go to a different Advanced auto parts anyways... so just skip this one and go to a different one to start off.
I came here to again leave a one-star review because they got rid of the UPS drop off point. But I forgot that I had already left the one the star review because the store was already crap.

So just bought windshield wipers and they offer FREE WIPER BLADE INSTALLATION... So after I purchase new blades it starts raining and they refuse to change my wiper blades. But are changing other peoples blades that came in after me
Came into the Etna Advance location for a new TIPM for my car, and received the best customer service from Zack, the store manager. He went above and beyond to ensure that my order came in a timely fashion. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The people were very friendly and helpful. The prices were a bit high but I guess that's just par for the course these days. I never thought I would spend $60 on windshield wipers in my life
Very helpful staff, they were polite and quick in assisting me with recommending and picking windshield wipers (they had a bunch to chose from) Zack was very helpful and installed them for me faster than I would have. Overall great staff, I never have any issues when I stop at this location.
I always come here when I need parts for my jeep. The gentlemen are always so kind and helpful. In particular, Joe has gone out of his way for me twice and it is always greatly appreciated. I don't feel taken advantage of here and will continue to give this location my business. Thanks guys!!
Came in after work on a hot Friday evening just wanted to get home. I asked Shawn to change the battery in my vehicle and at the snap of a finger he got it done for me and I was in and out in a matter of 30 minutes with my new battery and a great deal thank you Shawn for your help really appreciate it!
I had some car issues a few hundred yards away, so I stopped in. A gentleman named Joe helped me. He was polite, professional, and kind - because let's face it if you're having car issues you're having a bad day! Simple experience. Needed a battery for my car, I was ordering online for pickup. Most stores in my area were out-of-stock for the particular battery I wanted however this location had the battery. I called the store to ask if I had to return the replaced battery to this store or if any AAP would accept the bad battery and Cobey told me any AAP would accept it. I finished my order online with discount code, arrive at the store, and Sean was more than pleasant to help me. I picked up my order, we had a small discussion about everyone getting batteries on the first below freezing day of the season. I recommend this store for purchases, however I may not be back because I have several stores closer to me. Advanced Auto is my go to place for parts and accessories.
I bought a battery from Advance Auto Parts online. When I arrived at the store they told me the battery that the computer was trying to give me was the wrong one. So they did a return and sold me the correct one and handed me the receipt to keep. Apparently they gave me the wrong receipt. However I was able to get the manager to look up my purchases by phone number and she found the battery that I purchased in May. This was a huge relief since I paid $160 for the battery and it went that already
Called to ask if they had a part in stock, a whole 2 hours before they closed. The man on the phone said that they didn't have it in stock. I asked if any other stores had it, he said "nah". I asked if they could order it for me and he said, "you can call back tomorrow morning". I asked if I could speak with another associate and he said, "nah". Very rude and unprofessional. I called another store in the area and the man there was helpful and stated that a few other stores in the area did have it in stock. So that lazy, rude employee from the Etna location didn't even check.
One of the better Advance Auto shops in the area, seems to be larger than the others. The guys who work here ho above and beyond to help, I wanted some antifreeze for flushing for the first time, the guy from the counter came and suggested all the other stuff I would need. Some of the fluids that I find in this store are not carried by other Advance auto locations. He price matched with online coupon for another thing. Highly recommended.
Fairly decent stock of parts and with their ability to get things the same day from other nearby stores, part availability is surprisingly good. Customer service is decent as well, however, be aware that some associates are more knowledgeable than others. For complex part issues one might have more luck with Napa or Carquest (Advance Auto's professional parts service). All in all, for the weekend mechanic Advance Auto is just fine and their pricing is more than competitive.
My Wife & I have stopped in at the "ADVANCE AUTO PARTS STORE" & have ALWAYS been treated fairly by the SUPER STAFF on duty. I've had a battery & windshield wipers replaced on 2 different occasions. ETNA'S lucky to have a GREAT auto parts store that's Open & is busy. My Son & I stopped in on other auto needs & we were always happy w/ the service.
The staff here went above and beyond in assisting me with a dead battery in my mother-in-law's vehicle. Not only did they provide the diagnostics I needed to rule out a bad alternator/starter, but they also encouraged me to take advantage of a 25% off online coupon and had the battery installed minutes after my transaction was complete. Fantastic service.
I've been coming here for years. Great employees!! Today I needed help with my putting on my wiper blades. Lou D. Helped me pick the right ones and then took time to come out to install them. In small talk I own a 2011 F150 crew cab that I just bought about a month ago and Lou owns the same truck so he helped me with the computer settings on the dashboard and showed me a lot more than I knew. Now I can set my fuel economy settings and see when my oil needs changed. Simple things is just what I needed. Thanks Lou D. Peace
I've been going to this advance auto for a few years now and I never get anything but the best in customer service. I always get the best in price, service, and help. The staff is well educated for the most part, for bigger problems I would always ask for who would know the most about my issue and would best suit my needs. Always resolved in the shortest time possible. Always friendly and helpful, I recommend this store.
