I had a dead car battery that needed to be replaced. The manager I spoke to (Jordan) recommended a new battery and then personally installed it in my car. He even patiently walked me through all the steps as he was doing it. From start to finish, the entire process took less than 10 minutes.
I plan to keep visiting this shop for my automotive needs going forward.
Neil was outstanding. His expertise and knowledge is unparalleled. He made time to explain all of my options and helped me make my best choice for my car. He went above and beyond not only to install my battery but also added terminal protection spray. His professionalism and care for me as a customer is the reason why I will continue to return to this O’Reilly’s.

Had a bad experience with a former employee a while back. Today I was met by Neil and the manager Chris. Neil was committed to making things right and was great to deal with! O'Reilly Auto parts is now my preferred auto parts store. Thank you again Neil for everything!
I asked for 3/4 inch hose, and I was told that I really needed 5/8. They refused to sell me both sizes even though I asked for them and offered to pay. I later returned to get the 3/4 inch and thought that they might not charge me for it since they put me through the trouble over less than $4 worth of hose. It will be a cold day in July before I darken their door again.
While on my way to work this morning, my trunk popped open and I couldn't keep it closed. The assistant manager was helpful and told me it might just be a easy fix. Until then, I was able to get the necessary equipment.I needed to be on my way without my trunk flapping.In the wind
Brought my car in for a battery replacement, manager put battery in backwards and fried my fuses. Waited in the parking lot for two hours while they tried to troubleshoot, had to leave my car overnight and spend $30 on Ubers to get to and from work. Refused to give me even a partial refund on the battery. Wasted time, wasted money, poor customer service 0/10 would not recommend.
Chris is nice but that other guy is a trip. Horrible attitude with a smart mouth. I'm guessing he's management or at least thought he was Never, ever again
Chris changed my bulb. Jake and Zack were there for support. These dudes were great! I am just happy I didn't have to bother my father for help. Great guys (friendly and kind!) and great service! They cared. I will be back!
Saturday, aug 29 between 11 & 11:30 no employees wearing masks. Neither of the employees on the floor/at the registers helping customers had masks on nobody in the office that you can see from the register had a mask on & the parts delivery guy didn’t have a mask on. I’m not coming back to this shop.
This is the best parts store in my opinion. I recently replaced nearly every brake component in my truck. The guys at the front desk in the Etna store helped me quickly and found every part I needed. Everything fit perfectly.
It was a cold, dark, windy night. My low beam headlight was out, so I swing on into this place to pick one up. The kid at the counter suggests buying both, and he'll install them. Since it was cold and dark and windy, I obliged and he wheels out the cart and we get started. A few minutes into the job, I tell him I have no cash for a tip, and he's like, No Big Deal. It's an older car, so every bolt is rusty and stuck. 25 minutes later, we're done, so I give the kid a high quality flashlight and drive home. The night was a little less dark. The End.
Awesome experience. The manager there, Shamar, is one hell of a class act. This guy knows his parts. Prices are exceptionally low. Brakes, rotors, control arms, heater fan, gas tank, sensors, gas cap, brake lines, under $2,000
Horrible service - After 2 trips to get a new bulb for my brake lights, they still couldn't sell me the proper bulb. The next morning I went to Auto Zone on my way to work and had the proper bulb installed within minutes. Due to their lack of knowledge and care a 5 minute project took over an hour of time and cost me double what it should have. Will not return to O'Reilly Auto Parts, specifically this location.
I purchased headlights and the guy had never done a vehicle like mine before
He asked me to stop back the next day which allowed him enough time to look up how to do them and he installed the headlights for me. I appreciate their help, the prices were good the service was excellent. I will definitely go back to buy more stuff next time I need it
