*!!DO NOT GO HERE!!* Worst srap yard in the area by far! Not only are they UNBELIEVABLY picky what they consider #1 & #2 but the pay less than every other yard. Today for instance they were $.25/# less than the actual going rate. Take your business to North side scrap down in the north shore. Not only are they good guys but they're not overly picky, dont hide the scale reading (like some yards do) and they pay the actual price for scrap rather than cheating you out of your hard earned money!

Driver's, make sure they do not load you heavy in front of the trailer over your drives, use their scale to weigh your steers, drives, and tandems, I was over 4,260 pounds on my drives, they doubled up the freight in the front of trailer, scales to far away from shipper to return and have it reloaded so check at facility before leaving.

The guys outside were awsome. Very honest people. Everyone that I’ve met that works there is super cool and friendly. Been here a couple times and always had a good experience. Will always scrap here.

Recently contacted them about someone stealing property off my yard to let them know to keep an eye on the guy so they don’t get caught up with receiving stolen property charges and dude argued with me, this place condones criminals who steal and will pay them. Watch your belongings and don’t do business here
