Appreciate the excellent service that your driver Nick provided when moving my tool boxes. He arrived earlier than expected which was great just that I was not on site yet so I felt a little off as I had wanted to be set up for him already. Once I was packed and ready to go everything went extremely well and streamlined. He had plenty of straps and corner guards and appreciated that I was also prepared with moving blankets and wood. Was able to get loaded up and secured without issue and thankfully the weather broke and held clear for the drive. Once at the new shop, unloading went without any issue. I was even more appreciative as he was able to take the one tote I ran out of room for because I was not allowed to come the day before to finish packing....not anyone's fault but he didn't have to but he did so without a problem. Definitely saved me a additional trip. First time using Rob's and was a great experience. The care that Nick showed for my boxes as well as being organized with his equipment is needed with more drivers/vendors as I have had bad moves before. Once again to Nick and Rob's thank you.
Damage my vehicle upon tow broke my axle and now I need an alignment will be reaching out. This is ridiculous after a police empowerment due to negligence your tow drivers to thousands of cars a day you mean to tell me my car was only one damaged now I have a broken axle and no alignment on my car. Thanks to your tow driver.
Beware of this company! If I could give zero stars, I would. They showed up but did not provide any towing service at all — then charged us $625 for absolutely nothing. This is a total scam.
I have already reported them to the BBB and will take further action if necessary. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.
I was involved in a really bad car accident on the highway. My car was taken to Rob’s towing and the customer service was great. All of the staff was extremely helpful and they allowed me to see my car and also retrieve all of my items. All of my items were in my car and I would recommend using them. They are trustworthy and worked with me on the price because I am a struggling graduate student. Thank you robs towing
I just used Rob's for DOT inspections on a couple of vehicles. They came to the yard and picked up the vehicles and had the inspections completed and vehicles returned to me the following day. Very professional and they were great to work with!! Shawn kept in contact from start to finish.
We use Rob’s for freight services. Always make it happen even on short notice. All the drivers we work with are great people. Mike is always smiling & friendly. Thanks for a great partnership!!
My Class C motorhome broke down on 476. I could not get anyone to help. AAA was useless. Elizabeth at Rob's was so nice when I called. The driver Mark was so nice and pleasant. Megan and Shawn at the office were so great too. The repairs were done quickly and what I thought was a fair price. Would absolutely use again if I had the need. They saved my sanity that day.
I broke down and was towed back to Delaware I paid cash I didn't realize I gave the driver extra 100.00 about an hour late he calls me and tells me he is returning the extra money not to many honest people way to go Andrew great service he personally came back to my house to do honest worker
Went to the Chester location and was greeted, then told to sit for over an hour without any acknowledgement from anyone. There were 5 people in the office. I was told to wait for a woman who repeatedly walked around me like I was invisible. I've never written a bad review, but this one couldn't be helped. ??
I called to request roadside for my Semi truck the lady who answered the phone was so rude. As if we didn't have money to pay for the service as I'm explaining to my partner, she's in my ear talking to me like price matters we were concerned with getting our truck running.
I highly recommend this shop!! This has to be one of the most Family oriented shop I have ever been to. I have been OTR for going on 17yrs. I've never experienced this level of experience, gratitude, and hospitality!! Angie was so helpful, and patient with me for being a little frustrated, for having such a hard time finding a Road service that would come to my location!! Sean was a great mechanic kept me in the loop with the whole repair process.. The receptionist was a great help as well... If you are ever in the surrounding area don't be afraid to look them up THEY ARE GREAT!!
Don’t not go here. I failed to read the reviews prior to using this location to repair a trailer they lied about the labor hours and the work that they did they are crooks and have a bad attitude especially Angie then will threaten to impound your vehicle if you challenge the billed amount.
They came to get my Tesla when I had a popped tire. Tesla delt with setting the appointment and told me 2 hours. However to my surprise 30 minutes later he was there and ready to take the car. Towed to a service center for repairs to be done but couldn't be happier!
My car was a police tow in there they were very nice I had to go home with my car to come back and pick up the one that was there they were closing they made an arrangement for me to get after they left
The office staff was the most friendly and helpful tow yard that I've ever been to. As soon as I walked in they were ready to help me. One gentleman drove me to my wrecked vehicle to retrieve my belongings, helped me gather them then he even drove me back to my apt. He was very professional but oh so funny and helpful. He cheered me up by telling me a story about his brother and his failing ponytail, lol. I recommend this place to anyone.
I’m a long haul driver, broke down on Mother’s Day outside of Philadelphia, called them and they were there. Thought it was my computer but they found it to be a nox sensor, water pump and cam shaft sensor. They had me up and on my way in no time! Thanks so much everyone at Rob’s Towing...
Talk about a bunch of crooks !! 225 dollars to come 4 miles to unlock my semi .. Then he never had to pull out a tool cause he saw my dog had rolled down the window barking at him . DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !
Do yourself the favor and read the reviews and avoid this place. I spoke on the phone with them for a road service for a simple pull start for a truck they said it would be 2 hours minimum and if he got it done by the two hours it would come out to about 295. They were 13 miles away from my truck so they said it should all be done within that time frame that they charge door to door. The road service shows up an hour and a half later is on site for 30 minutes and gets the truck started. They mechanic tells me it’s 445 I ask him why is it so much if he was there 30 minutes and he tells me that it’s an hour and a half to get back to the shop. I ask him how that’s possible if they are 13 miles away and he says because they sent him from the Bristol location. So in total they charged 4 hours for and 150 over because they decided to send a road service from another location over 60 miles away without making us aware of it. DO NOT USE THEM THEY LIE and STEAL YOUR MONEY

I requested them to change my oil, oil filter, fuel filter and lube the truck. (I provided fuel filter.) He said thats a wet PM. I told him I didn’t call it that because some companies throw in extra stuff I don’t want with a wet pm.
The only price listed was hourly rate. There was not a separate price listed for a wet Pm.
He then charged me 3 hours of labor when I was only there less then 2 hours. I was over charged by at least $105 dollars. He said a wet pm is always 3 hours of labor which I was not told a head of time. They only worked on the truck for less then 1.5 hours.
They also over charged on oil and filters. For comparison, Ta does this same job for a total of 300 bucks.
Great job helping one of our trucks broken down this morning. They were on the scene in 15 minutes, and the rate was more than fair. Thanks again Lyon's!
Rudest representative answers the phone. If you don't like your job don't take out your frustrations out on other people. Just quit and get another profession.
The worst shop I've been to!!! Avoid this place at all cost. Employees had the worst attitude ,throwing parts around and acting as if I was making them work on my truck for free(shop charges $90/hr). Not to mention that they were completely incapable of diagnosing the problem! Another issue was ,they tried to waste time ,checking for things that were unrelated to my trucks problem in order to charge as many hours as possible.
