I called PA City-Wide Towing at 1 a.m. for a tow from I-95 to a residence 14 miles away. They told me it'd be $150 and a driver would be there in 20 minutes. I called back over an hour later and got no answer. I texted the number listed, but still got no response. I called back a few more times, but still nothing. Fast forward to 9 a.m., and still no call back or communication. I waited for a tow that never came, and a company that never cared to communicate thereafter. If it wasn't for a random tow company that happened to be driving by, I would have had to leave my vehicle abandoned on the side of the expressway. This is bad business and is absolutely disgusting! I would never recommend them.

I believe my tow drivers name was Hameead forgive me if I’m wrong ?. I just wanted to say he was on time, on point courteous but most importantly professional. I would recommend him and City Wide Towing anytime.
