Happy to pile on the raves - hunting with a friend in remote Eastern Oregon, while our son is always very prepared, rodents chewing up his engine wires was not anticipated. Mike and his spouse came to their (and 2 llamas with a trailer) towing rescue in deep snow, even thoughtfully bringing hay for the llamas. Their empathy, care and swift response averted what otherwise could've been a tragedy. Their follow up has been exemplary; our deep appreciation remains.
Mike and his wife were incredibly helpful when we broke down in Joseph. They gave a us a ride and a tow and got our vehicle repaired of quick as circumstances allowed. Thanks again guys for your help.
We broke down just outside of Lostine, OR after a backpacking trip. We were hundreds of miles from our home in western Washington. Aaron from Mikes Garage gave us a tow all the way to La Grande. Not only did he drop our car off at the shop, but he drove us to a grocery store and then the hotel we were staying at. What a wonderful person and we were so grateful for his help.
Mike is a great guy. Though I showed up with a steering issue, and although we couldn't resolve it at that time, Mike took the time out of a very busy day to try and help a stranger. If you ever need assistance in a repair or a tow, call Mike!
Can’t say enough great things about Mike’s. We were traveling through Joseph, 1000 miles from home, when the car started acting funny. Mike couldn’t fit us into his understandably busy work schedule but he took the time to read the trouble codes and recommend an accurate fix for us, saving us hours or days of troubleshooting. He even let me use his tools to swap out a part and continue on our way home. Then he followed up to make sure the codes were cleared and we were good to go. Nicest guy you’ll ever meet, and a brilliant mechanic. His staff were super friendly and helpful too.
Mike is great ?, I needed a set of bolts cut off and he let me use his tools to do it as he was busy on the last work day before the holiday. He has deiced my wife's car when she slid into a snow bank previously. Good tow service too
John the towing and recovery guy came out to our campsite on the morning of the 4th of July, a Saturday, and replaced our car battery. What a guy! Totally saved our vacation and helped us get home safely. Thank you!
Mike saved the day, repairing my skylight on the RV. If I could score a 10 for this hard working business man, I would. Very experienced in electrical malfunctions. You can't go wrong when calling him when life throws you lemons.
Mike was literally a life saver for us last week! We aren’t from the snowy parts and took our 2wheel drive 4Runner out into some deep deep snow and got stuck. Had no service but we were able to get a bar through and mike was the driver that showed up! Asked if we need food or water and made sure we were warm, helped us out in more ways than I could tell ya. Great man and a good priced tow!

I was riding with my nephew in the Wallowa mountains, 50 miles from nowhere, when his transmission seized up. AAA to the rescue! Kyle from Mike's Towing was so awesome to come find us and tow it home.
